I have been buying cars for a long time and the friendliness and enthusiasm there was unsurpassed. I like happy people and that's what I experienced there. We came looking for a new car deal and we FOUND it!! From the day before we got there and a personal call from Shane to the great service from Rod showing us cars and helping us make the best deal!! We felt like everyone really helped us find the best deal available to us! We are so satisfied and will gladly tell anyone about it!!

This is the second time being at big red Kia in Norman and other than the long wait because its always busy it was a very good experience. The staff member that helped us was Mike Vance. Very great guy. Very nice and very helpful . They did everything great to get into our 2013 Kia Optima. we got a great low apr and monthly payment. They also delivered it to Fort Sill Ok from Norman. Now our family is growing and we needed to trade our Kia in for an suv. Even with negative equity they managed to get us back to a low monthly payment. Great company! Very much recommended.

The vehicle I spoke with Lisa Bell and Jeremy Silva about, was sold before I was able to look at it. Thereby.. I had to make another decision/choice on another vehicle. After giving me several options to choose from.. I decided on my vehicle. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle at any time. They worked with me and was very patient, through and respectful. I am happy with their Service after the Sale as well. My experience with this company has been a good one and I would recommend them to friends and family members.

Nicest people I've never met. Found what I wanted on-line, and bought it...in truth - I ACTUALLY STOLE the dam car!!! oh yeah.....SWEET DEAL!! Delivered to my front door in Texas and it's just too cool...These are bigger than they look and wider or at least appear to be that way. Have no idea how all things work yet, but I will take my time and enjoy learning. Reverse is a little tricky on manual shift - European style. Pull up on silver ring on gearshift, push left and up. Ask for Dales deal!!!

I did business with JD Shackleton and Andy Elliot. They were the nicest most genuine salesmen that I have ever met. They truly just wanted to help me. I didn’t feel pressured at all at any time. They gave me options and suggested to take my time while making a decision. They even prayed for me as they knew that I was dealing with some unavoidable circumstances. They were very reasonable, accommodating, and hospitable. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from my best friend. I have been bragging to everyone about Big Red Sports and Imports ever since.

First of all, let me say that I have previously bought two cars from Big Red in the past. Boy, has things change with this dealership. I made a phone call to inquire about a 2014 Kia Forte EX, well the internet sales lady (Misty) lied to me just to get me in the door. She told me the dealer had up to 3500 dealer cash they can use for the purchase, which was a lie. When I got to the dealership, guess what, that’s right no dealer cash; I was told by Jeremy Silva that she was new and she didn’t know what she was talking about. Anyway, to make a long story short and a lot of wasted time, we never made a deal on the Forte, THANK GOD, because I went across the street and got a xxxx of a deal from Automax Hyundai (Hyundai Elantra) a lot better car and price. Also didn’t have to go thru all that back and forth like I did with Big Red. I recommend that you shop elsewhere if you looking for a Kia. These guys are just not being fair and they are some professional scammers. So be careful when buying from Big Red….. You’ve been warned. Stephen

I was skeptical about going anywhere since my credit was terrible and had been turned down by EVERYONE! I spoke with Shane Pruitt and he assured me they were not like other dealerships and could find a way to go. I was not disappointed. I got approved and left in a new car. Thank you Big Red, you will have my loyalty from now on and will be sending you my friends and family!!

I spoke to Lisa in the Internet department, who told me I was pre approved. I met with Zac when I arrived and he helped me get the car I wanted with very little money down and the monthly payment I wanted. The entire experience was pleasant and everyone I worked with was super nice ad I think the overall process was painless. I will be recommending Big Red to everyone I know looking to buy a car!!!
