This is our 2nd vehicle from Sooner Kia and our 4th vehicle from their affiliated lots. This was hands down the best experience. Mike was our Salesman and helped with pre-approval before I ever stepped on the lot. Everything was ready and I just had to pick my color and do a test drive. Gone are the days of spending your whole day waiting for financing approval. We’ll be back for our 3rd!

Completely terrible experience with Sooner Kia. Was left with a $1,500 repair bill for a Jeep I was promised & swore to, by them, that they would fix. They did try to figure it out for a month & three weeks...before pretty much just giving it back to me & saying it is what it is. If I brought it back I might have to pay for them to even look at it... It HAD to be fixed so could drive it, so 4-wheel Parts fixed it in TWO days. Sooner Kia techs beat the xxxx out of the control arms so bad they had to be replaced, re-adjustments, & Sooner Kia's alignment was all red & SCARY all over the road. I tried calling & texting manager to pay this $1,500 bill...to no avail, as is same with every other department there, so not surprising. He texted back once & told me they would have a meeting about it...I guess the verdict was, SCREW ME. Terrible experience & I never would have traded my Ram in, if had known was going to get screwed so bad by Sooner Kia on this stupid Jeep. Multiple things they said they "Fixed for me" while had it for a month & a half...NOPE. Just more lies. I was having a GREAT experience with them, until I was swept under the rug while a whole paycheck of mine went to fixing this Jeep. That I would have left on the friggin lot if had known this, but was SWORN to they would fix it.

Service: Chad’s always good lookin out. Service is smooth, car runs great afterward, and it’s consistently cleaner when I leave.

Never take your car to this place they are thieves car would go into limp mode 1st they said it was the catalytic converter 1500$ did not fix it next they said it was the fuel pump 1400$ still did not fix it said there was nothing they could do took it to a another shop it was a high pressure fuel sensor it was still 750$ but never take a car here you will be sorry they take no responsibility for there work don't care about anything but taking your money

We worked with Jerry the experience was out of this world, he did the best and we have a top of the line vech. And that is the Telluride, we were treated with respect and never judged like we had been at other dealerships, Thank you Jerry and the entire Kia family. If you’re in need of a good car and someone who wants you to be absolutely in love with your car please ask for Jerry and tell him the Russell’s have referred you! Thanks again Jerry for making this all painless!

Worst customer service experience. Drove from out-of-state to test drive a car. Check on the availability right before leaving. When I got to the dealership I was told it was in the shop due to issues found the night before during a test drive. This would have been nice to know. I got a half-hearted apology. The sales rep I was there to meet never came out or contacted me. I was told they would call me when it got out of the shop. That was four weeks ago. No call. No email. No contact at all. The car is still available for sale on their website and cars.com. I would expect this from a car lot but not a dealership. I have reported them to Kia. I doubt anything will happen but it makes me feel I have done my part.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have been waiting for 2 months on my title and they will not return my calls nor will the manager speak with me. They sent me a new paper tag (after the original 30 day tag they gave me was out) and now it is almost out and hmm still no title. Pathetic and unprofessional.
