THIS IS THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! MARIO GARCIA WAS VERY IMFORMATIVE, AND EXTREMLEY POLITE!!!!! WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE ENJOYABLE PLACE TO GO! WE WHERE GREATED AND TREATED MORE LIKE FAMILY THAN LIKE JUST A CUSTOMER... ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WHERE ANSWERED... I WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND BIG RED TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!

As far as car dealerships in Norman go, Big Red is widely known. A friend of mine bought a car there and told me to go and ask for Ronny Brooks; my friend said that Ronny was not only polite, but helped her in every way and made her car buying experience very satisfying. So, I set an appointment with Ronny and went in to test drive a newer used vehicle. However, Ronny was able to help me out by talking with his managers and finance, and I was able to leave in a new Kia Optima. I was very well taken care of, and my experience with buying my vehicle was completely stress free. Not only that, but my first oil change will be free, thanks to Big Red.

Eric was extremely friendly, and most important he listed to my needs. I did't get conned into purchasing something I did not want. I needed a mini van to cart my foster kids around in, and that is what I got. Another dealership had tried to sell me an SUV, because it is the "in" car to have, but that want help me when it comes to gas prices. Eric understood this, and gave me what I needed. Thanks, I will send my friends to him, and will be back when I wear this van out!

Matt Gancheff was a great sales rep. He helped me every step of the way when I came to Big Red to purchase a Kia. I really wanted a Kia Optima and things weren't looking like they were going to pan out. He worked on getting me approved and sat with me the whole 4 hours I was there while we waited and figured out the best route to take. Finally he came with good news and I drove away in my brand new Kia Optima. Thanks Matt and also thanks big red kia! Kathryn

I initially purchased a Honda Pilot from Big Red. There...
I initially purchased a Honda Pilot from Big Red. There was some rust damage that I thought I could fix as it was not that bad. However when I got the vehicle home I realized that the corrosion was much worse than I first thought. They explained this as they had just received the vehicle and didn't know much about it. If you didn't know anything about why would you sell it? I just know that if I knew something I was selling was defective or I didn't inspect the vehicle or its history I wouldn't sell it. I guess I'm weird like that. I purchased the vehicle on a Monday and took it back on a Thursday. I went in to talk to the manager and was told that his boss was not there that day (about 12 on a Thursday) and that he could not do anything but I would have to come back. I told him that was not an option as I had taken the day off to fix this problem. I told the manager Scott (it seems everyone here is named Scott) that I just wanted my trade in back and they told me that they had already sold it. So here I was between a rock and a hard place. I then found another vehicle (2013 Kia Sorento) that I had been researching on their lot and told them that I would trade them straight across for it. I found that after my first sale had fallen through I had no leverage because I needed a vehicle and they wouldn't take the Honda back or give me a refund because they said that the loan had already been processed. They gave me the trade value on the Honda Pilot and because of this I had to finance an additional $6,000 because they wouldn't give me back the amount that they had sold it to me at. I would go as far to say that these people are morally bankrupt as they have no conscience on what they say as long as it sells the vehicle. I cannot fathom as to how a person can treat a fellow human being this way as they seem to be trying to put people in financial despair. I am lucky in that I will be able to pay the loan off in a shorter amount of time however I feel sorry for those who can't due to this dealerships lies and flat out corruption. On a side note I looked at their website today and saw that my trade in was on their website. This is no way to run a business. Please heed my warning do not patronize this business.

great service they were fast and easy to work with ronny handled every thing very quickly and got me done even though my creidit isn't so good they found a lender that would except me and did every thing wile I ate my popcorn and watched tv there awesome .he also found the right car for me that I like and the features I wanted and that fit in my budget thank you guys so much for every thing from the stephens family

I was blown away by the professionalism and hospitality that the Kia dealership showcased. The showroom was inviting, clean and everyone was so friendly. Bentley was my salesperson and he did an outstanding job coaching me through the entire process.
