BEWARE!

BEWARE! DISHONEST. This shady dealership is marketing a 2024 GMC Canyon (Stock number: R1244185) for $48,920 on Cars.com. I inquire on the vehicle and Greg Harell, the salesman, states that the dealership will honor the Cars.com price. He asks for all my contact information to send the paperwork and we make a deal. THEN, HE CALLED ME TO SAY IF I DON'T FINANCE THE VEHICLE AND KEEP THE LOAN FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS, THEY WILL ADD $2,999.00 TO THE COST OF THE VEHICLE! Nowhere was that written in the description on Cars.com. No disclosure of any kind. Then, Greg has to back-peddle and state that Cars.com is a third party site and has no authorization to market the dealership's cars at that price...which is a total LIE. STAY AWAY and find an HONEST dealership to do business with. I can't even imagine what other shananigans they would play if the deal moved forward.

Update: it's been over two months and I have not heard a

Update: it's been over two months and I have not heard a word from the general manager (Brandon) of ALM CDJR Perry auto group. I have also reached out via text and phone calls to the corporate office and yet to have a call back or email. Very disappointed. I was hoping to find a dealership better than five star. ALM Perry, wants to sell you a car. However, once the sale is completed they are done with you. I purchased a 2024 Silverado on November 8 of 2024 and was told that they would procure me a second fob for this truck. Then I was told the previous owner was going to bring the fob in; therefore they would not put it on the "We Owe Document". It's been 2 months, and I am still waiting. I do believe they gave me a very fair deal on the trade-in of my cars for this truck and the price of the truck. Something as small as a key fob that was promised and not delivered is not a good way to do business. I tried to reach out to ALM's corporate office; they have yet to respond. If ALM brings me a fob for this truck, I may consider changing the rating. Long story short, with ALM of Perry get everything in writing! Regardless. Once the sale is complete, you are just another person trying to get what was promised.

The process of buying a second-hand car can sometimes be a long one due to the lack of convincing options to choose from. This dealership was very clear about all the purchase conditions, and they responded quickly with all the information regarding the car. They extended a cordial invitation to visit them to test drive the vehicle

I think they've a good staff, attentive and professional

I think they've a good staff, attentive and professional customer service, showing in a friendly and fresh way all the available options, delicately suggesting the most suitable one, but very importantly without pressuring the customer to make the purchase
