This was by FARRR the Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Cody(my salesperson) told me lie after lie to get me to come to the dealership which was 3 hours away. We had discussed pricing, a certified warranty, & he even said he would tint my windows. ALL LIES! Now the vehicle was very nice and the GM was driving it at the time. My wife and I wasted our entire Saturday driving down there to sit at the table with the finance manager for him to tell us that they knew NOTHING about all the lies Cody had told us. In fact I spoke to Cody when we were about an hour out and he said everything was great, When I arrived I found out that he had an "emergency!" I wonder if it had anything to do with being found out. The was absolutely NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER! I WAS FURIOUS!! We went to the bank and had our check in hand and I happily walked away!!! I thank God for the finance manager because everyone else pretended that there was a warranty. After I refused to buy they offered me all types of deals but I don't do business that way! Why was the right thing not done from the beginning??? Why lie and think I'm going to be stupid enough to give you $60K for a vehicle with no warranty!! NEVER!! I do not recommend anyone doing business with these guys! There has to be Thousands of better dealerships in GA!!!

If you're looking for a dependable dealership that works with you, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The handling of paperwork at this dealership was a joke. Tag and registration documents were not filed in a timely manner. Deadlines came and went with no updates, urgency or explalnation. This is totally irresponsible. Trying to reach anyone by phone is futile. Calls go unanswered and messages are not returned. The complete lack of communication is baffling! When finially able to talk to someone, the answers were vague. It seemed that no one at this dealership knew what was going on and didn't care enough to find out. There was no accountability by anyone. Overall, this dealership operates with a level of disorganization and indifference that is hard to believe. Poor communication. unreliable information and careless handling of paperwork made for a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
