They offer outstanding customer service that's tailored and efficient. From star to finish, they were keen to guide me through every detail I was required to find out so that the car could become available to me as soon as possible

Did literally everything except for a finance application with the general manager Chip while out of state. Put a deposit on their truck and sent ample photos of mine.After making sure that the deal was solid and nothing would cause complications within a 3 week window of backward on my end, i finally went to the dealership. I was told in exact words "unless your vehicle or mine get hit by a train or a catastrophe happens, this deal will be done upon arrival". It was not done. They offered me $3500 less than what was agreed on after Robert Young, who wasn't even my salesman, fought for me to not be offered $6500 less! 4 hours of my time and a 4 hour drive one way just to be told this. Supposedly Chip has been here 20+ years so he was fully aware of what he was doing and the fact that this happened with 0 accountability is insane.
