Took my F-150 in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Left the vehicle with iron city while running errands.When it was finished they called me. Took a couple of hours Everyone there was very courteous.

Great people good customer service great technicians Always trying to get you the best deals.

Start off great. Then took a turn for the worst, but after working with management things turned out better in the end.

I had an appointment for 9:00 am, my car never got looked at apparently they are to busy in which I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand is they did not call to let me know. I finally called them at 4:30 pm to find this out and they assumed they could just keep my car all weekend and maybe look at it Monday to me that is unacceptable as I need my car for work. Very disappointed 😔

I have been using iron city Ford to service my car and all other repairs when needed, they’ve been doing excellent job, I recommend any other person out there to try next time and I am sure you will never be disappointed.

I was talked into taking a service plan on my truck when I purchased it there. I was told it would only increase my payment 5 .or 6$ a month. I had bought on line and it was a sign here here and here.3 min Signing.later when I got home and read the papers it was 5200$&?I started texting finance Mgr. I Wanted to cancel. In reply so I with on line an. Contacted con tract holder after a few messages I was sent a contract cancelation which I filled out and sent to finance mgr.to no avail I have contacted two Consumer agencies one said they never gotten a reply so they Gave up.i have sent mul.tible e mails NO ANSWER. ONE OTHER THING THEY SLIPPED IN $899 IN DOCUMENT FEES AND I STILL HAD TO GO BUY MY TAGGS. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT BUT ONCE U GET TO KNOW THEM THEY SUCK JUST AFTER THE MONEY

Everybody was friendly and helpful in every way and most of all there was no pressure I actually enjoyed buying the vehicle
