Knowingly sold me a lemon!!!!!

On December 10, Iron City Ford deliberately baited and switched me as I sought to buy a used Ford F150. They had two trucks, but they insisted that the one I wanted most was not as good as the cheaper one on the lot. They kept discounting the cheaper one until I bought it. I found out soon that it has a dead cylinder and was a piece of junk. It will run fine for a while, then it chokes and sputters when you slow down and the rpms drop below 1000. Their own shop admits it is a bad truck but their management just laughs when I ask for my money back. They are real criminals! Steer clear!

Great atmosphere, great sales guy named LaRon, highly recommend. They worked hard to find a deal that would work for me to get into my new F-150. Found the truck that I wanted.

Came in to purchase a new vehicle. Receptionist Chanel...

Came in to purchase a new vehicle. Receptionist Chanel was very polite and smiled. My salesman Doug was horrible. He took personal calls during our ride also seemed uninterested in what I wanted. The waiting area I sat in for 30mins waiting was dirty and they had nothing to drink except coffee. No waters no soft drinks like they used to have. The finance lady Kate helped out a lot but I felt like I could've gotten a better deal . Bottom line I wouldn't recommend this place because I've had better experiences elsewhere.

Took me for a ride on 2008 F150

Started out very friendly and low key, willing to negotiate on price, thought I got a good deal. Turned out the big 5.4 engine sucks gas as if it had a 2" hole in the tank, SVM module (key fobs and tire sensors) does not work - they knew that and failed to disclose even after promising me a new key fob. Now throwing P code indicating camshaft timing issues, probably $1000-$1500 repair. Charlie keeps giving me the runaround, never any concrete answers. Cannot even get them to give me a time to bring truck in to replace SVM or look at the camshaft issue. Big ripoff, they smile the whole time they are gutting you.

Service Department

I took my vehicle back in for repairs on 07-09-19 after they replaced my fuel line in March 2019. they had my vehicle for almost 2 months before they return it back to me. there were no status calls about what was going on with my vehicle the whole time they had it. I wasn't happy at all with the service i received to the point i ended up contacting Corporate to get assistance with the repairs on my vehicle.

Great professional atmosphere

Excellent service from the time we walked inside during the process of getting paperwork done and when we lefted the dealership with our new vehicle.

Sale people very knowledgeable

James self sales person was Great would buy from him again Great Dealer ship Andy was helpful and Nate financial officer was very knowledgeable and factual.

Focus transmission issues

Took my 2014 Ford Focus in for issues with the notorious dual clutch transmission. From the start the service writer was polite and professional. Called the next day to tell me what they had found and quoted a price. Called later that day and told me more extensive issues had been uncovered but the repairs would be covered by the Ford extended warranty on that transmission. Only problem was the part (TCM) was on back order and wasn’t expected for 10 days but asked if I had transportation issues,, which I didn’t. This was on Friday. Called on Monday and said the had been able to get the part and the technician came in on the weekend and installed it . I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed. I’d recommend this service department. They also took care of 2 recalls while they had the car.

Terrible Customer Service

Extremely awful and unprofessional customer service. What happens to service tickets when they're created? I had 2-3 just "disappear" after watching them fill out the information. It took 4 months to get a passenger side airbag recall done for my vehicle. Very rude people who interact with the customers.
