Pleasant reception.

Pleasant reception. Was able to login my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE right away. Turn around time was well within expected time. Very pleased with all aspects of this service that was done on my vehicle.

Disappointed!

Disappointed! Don't go into the dealership thinking that you've won playing the dealopoly mailer because it is a complete waste of time to lure you in. I called to confirm that I had actually won by speaking with Johnathan who did indeed confirm and tell me to come on in and they would give me the prize that was displayed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ethan and again I asked him for the prize (he only smirked) and wanted to ask me a lot of questions for their record. As he wasted my time, Rodney came into the conversation and said that basically the wording on the mailer was tricky and that I was entitled to "a" prize but not the one that was shown on the mailer. He gave me 2 lottery scratch offs that were not worth anything. Needless to say, I figured it wasn't real to begin with but after Johnathan told me it was and had me come from south St. Pete to their store I am a little angry. I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle but I would not spend any money with them after that experience.
