Disappointed! Don't go into the dealership thinking that you've won playing the dealopoly mailer because it is a complete waste of time to lure you in. I called to confirm that I had actually won by speaking with Johnathan who did indeed confirm and tell me to come on in and they would give me the prize that was displayed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ethan and again I asked him for the prize (he only smirked) and wanted to ask me a lot of questions for their record. As he wasted my time, Rodney came into the conversation and said that basically the wording on the mailer was tricky and that I was entitled to "a" prize but not the one that was shown on the mailer. He gave me 2 lottery scratch offs that were not worth anything. Needless to say, I figured it wasn't real to begin with but after Johnathan told me it was and had me come from south St. Pete to their store I am a little angry. I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle but I would not spend any money with them after that experience.

I'm a first time buyer and I will always refer anyone who needs a Car/truck to Mitsubishi the customer service was Amazing I'm so glad the team that helped me obtain this vehicle was there to help make my Truck buying experience AWESOME...THANKS A MILLION
