My vehicle needed a part that was out of stock.

My vehicle needed a part that was out of stock. Service Manager supplied me with a loaner til my vehicle was fixed the following day. Very professional staff explained everything clearly to me. I would recommend everyone to have your vehicle serviced here. Thanks Again

Three ladies came in an bought 3 cars.

Three ladies came in an bought 3 cars. I bought the outlander sport an I'm waiting for them to install a front camera an the plug in for the phone is defective. Waiting to hear back when they will take care of this

Worst experience I've ever had.

Worst experience I've ever had. Manager Mark is arrogant and treats customers badly. I bought a black Outlander, the car is all scratched and has a rough paint job, there's paint on the windows and white paint splashes on the paint. They sent my wrong date of birth to the bank and now I can't access the bank's website to make payments. They promised me the first payment in 45 days and now after 30 days I'm receiving calls and messages from the bank charging me late payment and wanting me to make 2 payments in the same month. I called the store's financial department and no one answers. Manager Mark doesn't care, treats you badly and does nothing to help solve the problem. I don't want this car anymore because of all these problems and Mitsubishi refuses to undo the deal and give me my money back. They're liars and they break the barrier of honesty to sell a vehicle at any cost.(mitsubishi st pete is a trash)
