I have been going to Mini of Allentown for mini service for years, this was my first purchase through Mini and everyone was so helpful. Lauren spent most of the day helping my dad and I find just the right car for me. She was happy to let me test drive several cars and to walk us through all possible options for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cars, and was able to give us very candid advice and feedback specific to my car needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Jolene Tang and she made the experience perfect and unique. I contacted her at the end of February as my current lease was coming to an end, we couldn’t find anything in my budget at the time, I extended the lease for another two months and Jolene was nice enough to reach out to me every few weeks with new offers until finally she found the perfect car at a great price. At no point she felt frustrated and kept in contact with me, once we agreed on the price the final contract was exactly to what we agreed no last minute pressure tactics and the delivery process was amazing the car was actually for my mother who lives almost 100 miles away, Jolene drove the car to her put on a huge rainbow and made the delivery very special, she also took the old car back making the process very easy. 6th Mini cooper and many other cars purchased this was the best transaction by far. I was thoroughly confident in pulling the trigger on my new-to-me MINI Cooper Countryman. Brian Amill was equally thorough and willing to work hard to make sure that the customer experience carried through to the Finance Department. They worked very hard to not only earn my business, but to earn my trust in them and the product(s) they sell and stand behind. To me the customer service and eventual satisfaction are probably more important than the actual vehicle itself-though MINI's are pretty special! The dealer didn't check my fluids as they stated they did and this led to me believing I had a coolant leak. In reality, they just didnt check the levels and it was exteemely low. I was then charged almost 200 dollars to have them look for a leak that didn't exist. Probably won't be going back and I'd advise others to not go as well.
