"A GREAT DEALERSHIP" for Service with an Excellent Service Advisor. Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable Mr. Austin Schlemmer was my Service Advisior on March 25, 2024. I checked in with Mr. Schlemmer at 8:00 AM Monday. He was very receptive to my main problem, My right hand low beam, passanger side came on, then flashed, then went out. I replaced the bulb, checked the connection and then determined that one of the two remaining modules was faulty. All in All I spent most of the entire day there, and had several conversations with Mr. Schlemmer regarding maintenance for my 2004 Min Cooper -S. I want to say Thank You to my Service Writers and also to his co-worker Mr. Robin Cox, and to the entire Mini Team who serviced my vehicle that day. They did an excellent (professional) job explaining to me all of the items serviced on my vehicle. Stephen Cucura
