Robert was awesome to work with.
Robert was awesome to work with. He was very friendly and professional. I was blown away at the fact that your dealership charges a "Shop Supply" charge. I had an oil change and tire rotation and was charged $17.50. $17.50? Are you serious? Paper towels and a funnel for $17.50. Because of this charge I won't be returning for services. That is a ridiculous charge. The service is already overcharged and that is just an added charge for absolutely no reason.
