I was in this GMC service department, a few months back
I was in this GMC service department, a few months back with my truck and receiving nothing but grief, the particular woman that was helping me was very unhelpful. I’m very unfriendly and almost didn’t come back. I did not for Glenn giving me excellent service on my wife Hyundai just before that I would not have given GMC serviced by me a second chance. I’m very glad I did. I was treated very well and kept informed constantly what was going on and when there was a problem that caused my truck to stay the night I was provided courtesy car since I lived over 50 miles away when I came to pick up my truck was all the work completed to my expectations, but they detailed my truck and did a wonderful job went his way to make sure I was taking care and of course not to forget Glenn. He was very helpful Friday because it was Daniel day off and he insured we got out of there in timely manner and was very satisfied. These are good people. And you should make every effort to keep them all

Had a Mechanical problem while traveling cross country.
