Dont go to Nemer for repairs

I thought that Ron Pliscofsky was the worse Service Manager I have ever met. After assuring me at 8am Monday morning that my car was the top priority in the shop because it had already been back 3 times in the last 3 weeks for the same issue, my car was parked outside for two full days with no work being done on it. When I told Ron that it was wrong to push my repair to the back of the line, his response was, "you have a loaner car, don't you". I found that to be totally unacceptable. I don't want to drive around in a loaner car for weeks, I want my car fixed. Ron then said, "you didn't buy this car from us, so if you don't like it, come get your car and take it. It is clear that warranty work goes to the back of the line at Nemer. Once you buy the car and they get your money, you go to the back of the line. I have recently moved to the Saratoga area and was looking for a good repair shop for my car and the 3 other cars in my family. It will clearly not be Nemer, and I will make sure that everyone I know, and meet is aware of the way I was treated. I will do my best to guarantee they don't buy a car from Nemer or get their cars repaired there.

$10k over MSRP

horrible sales service. inflated msrp price by $10000. yet they advertise sticker price and claim it is a supply and demand , shame on your price gouging during an economic crisis

Sleazy Dealer

Very sleezy dealership. Buyer beware. Came to a deal on a used truck. The day I was supposed to pick it up and pay for it the salesman called me and claimed there was a mechanical problem with the truck and couldn't sell me the Vehicle. Refunded my deposit and offered me nothing for a replacement other then an older model for more money........the next day that same truck was put back up for sale for $3000 more then I was going to pay. So I'm left with no vehicle as I sold mine a day before I was picking up the new one. DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

They got the job done!

I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a noise in the engine. The rear window wiper was also not functioning. Matt, the Service Manager, stayed on top of the repairs and provided me with updates through detailed phone calls. I, unfortunately, had a contract with Car Shield which I thought would cover the repairs. Matt dealt with their adjuster and other company representatives. After 19 days I finally had to pay more that $1800 towards a bill of nearly $4,000. The repairs were done expertly, thanks to the really good mechanic and oversight by Matt. They are the reason that I will continue to bring my Jeep to Nemer for servicing.

bad place

What a horrible experience.I brought in 2012 jeep rubicon, after a diagnostic the issue came back as a short from the alternator. So, I went ahead had a oil change and halo lights installed i was give Monday November 2nd that the work would be completed. Nov. 2nd came around and passed no call or updates. So, both my grandfather and I drove by the dealership everyday until the 5th. And any time we drove by the jeep was in the shop with doors and hood wide open. And, what happens when you leave doors and hoods open the lights are on and draining the battery. When I finally got the jeep back at closing on the 5th, the battery was dead. A issue that wasnt present before this visit. Now, I am in a forced position to buy a battery at a premium. 24hrs. Later on the 6th at closing I got the jeep back. And, within 1 mile there was smoke coming from under the hood due to a sloppy oil change and ABS sensors going off. Remember, be fore the diagnosis was a alternator and now ABS sensor goes off. Now, I drop the jeep off on the 6th, the following morning I am told I need to pay $120 to diagnose a issue that was cause by the work and hands involved. Just a pure scam!
