Great customer service
The folks at Serafini Nissan have always treated me well and provided excellent service for my car. Clean WiFi enabled waiting room stocked with juice, water, coffee, tea, snacks and homemade cookies as well as tv makes the wait time pass quickly. The customer service is top notch.

Cabin heater inoperable
When I made the service appointment I thought I needed a new thermostat for my truck with a cost of $150 to $200. Thankfully the technician decided he should run some tests first and found it was a typical problem with a simple solution and only cost $40. Made me very happy!!

Good Experience overall
The only reason why I did not give an excellent rating was because when I left dealership with my car I had to put gas in it right away, I was given it with less than a quarter of a tank. The other reason was that I have had this vehicle for less than a month and have to have an oil change in it already cause it was due in December and only a few hundred miles from the time I picked it up. My personal opinion and opinion of others is that my tank should have been at half or full when I left and that an oil change should have been done before I left with it.

It was ok
Techs did not follow up On antifreeze smell,said they didn't smell it, still can smell antifreeze. I purchased a front recovery book for the Titan which has no recovery hooks? Why? Anyway it was for a Frontier my bad, I really don't feel it was nescasary to charge me $11.00 for their efforts! Just my opinion.

Good appt.
My normal service man was out (Gene). I only deal with him because of previous issues. But this appt went ok. I usually drop my vehicle off but getting tired of loosing the car for the day. I made an appt and spent about 70 minutes there fro an oil change and tire rotation.
