Amazing

Our salesman Danny is wonderful finding us the right car. We have bought four cars so far and the service department is always on top on the service of the car or any other problems or questions I have.

Very satisfied

The process on my part was very fast and easy. Went in looking to see if they had any used trucks because I had mainly been shopping Chevy and Fords. Was introduced to a brand new Nissan Titan XD and the warranty and value was unmatched by other dealers.

I had a great experience at Serafini Nissan Volvo!

This dealership worked with me and never pressured me in any way. I had a couple of snags that came up along the way so I’d like to give a big shout out to James Iacovellind for being patient and working with me. I would highly recommend this dealership!

James was professional yet not pushy. He explained benefit of car and why he likes this particular vehicle. He was patience while keeping us informed of protection plans.

Don Cusack is the man!

I recently purchased a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Maxima S. Don along with the pre-own sales team made the whole experience enjoyable. Don Cusak was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns that came up. Very easy to talk to and extremely professional! I will definitely recommend Serafini Nissan to my friends and family.

Unscrupulous

Salesperson Jordan gave me incorrect information on a lease and now I am being told I need to pay another month for a car I gave up, and was not using for that particular month. I was asked by Jordan to give him a good review and to say that he used an ipad to show me how the car works. He did not show me anything about the car, only the basics, but I agreed to give him a good review. He broke my ipass holder when he was transferring it from the old car to the new. He failed to give me the back license plate from my old car until I told him he forgot it. Terrible service. Only interested in making sales.

A pleasurable purchase

In working with James Iacovelli, He made the process of buying a replacement car quite easy and satisfying. He was friendly and responsive to exactly what I was looking for, a very accommodating salesperson. No hard sell tactics or pushy efforts were used in his easy going approach to finding me just the right car. I thank him for making the process pleasurable.

A pleasure to work with

I had a wonderful experience leasing my first car (which I love) from Hunter. Everyone at Serafini Nissan was very nice & helpful, I never felt any pressure while looking at different cars & it was overall a good experience. I would recommend to go to them for the good service & great deals!
