We’ve been going to West Herr for the last 15 years and I’ve bought several cars during that time. Always very friendly easy to deal with and I always deal with cord. He he’s friendly he’s knowledgeable and he knows how to close a deal.

Emily Smith, Sam Lambert, Julie and Mike are above and beyond great. Purchasing my 2022 Terrain was exceptionally easy. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely have my family and friends look them up when they decide to buy a vehicle

Cailin, the service writer is super.

Cailin, the service writer is super. Pleasant and courteous. West Herr needs to be more clear on its warranty time and mileage parameters. Could be a little quicker. Took almost an hour and a half for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Yes, I did have an appointment. Thank you Cailin!

The sales experience itself was great.

The sales experience itself was great. My salesperson was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, everything after that point left me frustrated and disappointed. When we arrived to pick up our brand new vehicle, it was delivered to me visibly, very dirty. The exterior was covered in dirt mixed with rain. It’s obvious the wind is carrying over dirt from the nearby stadium project. When I brought it up, the General Manager told me it was due to our “acidic rain” and that it’s just water spots. Do you think people are stupid, John? Rather than fixing the issue on the spot, I was told I could bring it back for a detail at 5,000 miles. That’s completely unacceptable. I had to go get the vehicle washed that same night so my fiancé wouldn’t have to drive around in a brand new car that looked neglected. More concerning was the dealership’s handling of my personal information. As part of the paperwork, I was required to sign a privacy notice that automatically opts me in to having my personal data shared with affiliates and marketing partners. When I asked if I had to sign it, I was told yes—but then informed I could email someone later to opt out. That’s not transparent. That’s a forced opt-in that assumes consent instead of respecting it. Let’s be honest, this isn’t about legal compliance, it’s about profit. If I’m buying a car, my personal info should only be used to complete the transaction, not sold off by default unless I go out of my way to stop it. This practice is predatory and needs to be called out. I won’t be recommending this dealership unless they clean up these shady practices, literally and figuratively.

Very professional and down to earth.

Very professional and down to earth. The overall experience was comfortable and I had the time to make the best decision. Cheri was very pleasant. Has a great appeal and personality about her. Thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of things. Definitely the person you want to work with when making a big purchase.
