I just had the best car buying experience ever in my life. I love my Certified Used RAV4 and the level of customer service was far above what most buyers ever experience in the used car market.

I recently leased a Buick Enclave from West Herr in East aurora. The experience was pleasant. The sales staff went out of their way to be helpful and find the best vehicle at the best price. The staff is excellent! I had shopped around, my experiences at other dealers were negative and could not compare to West Herr.

Andy Parks is an asset to the dealership. I had trouble with people hearing me when I used Bluetooth in my car. Andy is very knowledgeable and corrected the problem which was not an easy fix.

Leased my first Toyota RAV4! Salesperson Carrie Wayne earns an A+ for overall leasing experience. Despite a super busy day at dealership never felt I was lost in the midst of customers buying/leasing. Sales manager Mike Graham was honest and straightforward & greatly appreciate him being part of my leasing experience. Will be back in three years!!
