I was pretty demanding and very specific with my needs, and Cord worked diligently to get me exactly what I wanted including the specific Rav4 I was looking for with the monthly payments I wanted. He was so attentive to all my needs, and made me feel like a priority even after hours and Sundays. The sales manger was awesome and worked with me to get a great deal on extra coverage for my car and still keep my monthly payments well within my range. This is the second Rav4 I've leased from the Vogel team at West Herr Toyota because they work hard to make me happy, and made me feel like part of the West Herr family. Tom Wach is an excellent sales person. I love my Rav 4. Only had one problem at the end tied to the finance person. Other than that I was very satisfied.
