A lot faster than what I expected and very courteous and knowledgeable I was also shuttled back home and picked up when I called and the price that I was quoted was right in line with all the other stores that I inquired , With peace of mine that a reputable shop was doing the work.

They got us in very quickly but could not find the problem . We did get a loaner vehicle and when we went to pick it up the next day . We were told did not hear the problem and when it does it again to bring it back in. This is frustrating as the noise does not happen all the time. The service manager was absolutely GREAT to work with he was understanding and apologizing. I am frustrated because the problem could not be corrected, NOT his fault .

Turned 2016 Equinox and updated to a new lease with a 2018 equinox. The pricing was not what was agreed upon but the vehicle was very nice .

I made an appointment 1 week in advance. I needed a new York inspection,oil change,tire rotation. they got me in as soon as I got there. I was finished within 30min.

My recent experience at the service department was outstanding. The speed with which your staff was able to accept my vehicle and secure a rental truck was impressive. The repair was done in a timely manner, and the car has never run better. Special mention must be made to Coco (spelling?) in your rental department, who found $11 in cash in the rental truck. She called me right away before I was far from the dealership, and even came outside to hand-deliver the cash which I had left behind. Everyone was friendly and courteous at every stage of this experience. I will DEFINITELY be back!
