Customer buying a new car

We had a great experience from start to finish. Mr.Jung was referred to us by a friend who had recently bought a car from him. The process was easy and smooth. Even the financial dept was very easy to work with. We have never had an experience like this before. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Let's talk about the management.

Alright so let's talk about the management. The service director, Chuck Briggs, does absolutely nothing. He's a man who has a degree in botany (according to his Facebook) running a service department. Tell me how knowing the difference between an oak and pine is going to help you make a decision about my car?? Useless. Th service manager, Don Sherwood, seems to have a serious temper and doesn't seem fit for the position. He clearly gets stressed out way too quickly to be working with angry customers. The rental agent / customer care manager. Where do I start with this one!? Coco Bell. This is the girl who walked out of a closet with a man as I was waiting at the counter knows absolutely nothing about her job. She seems more concerned about her phone and the boy sitting next to her than the customers and their concern. Why is she the customer care manager when she has no vsre for the customers??? Th management ther has NO idea what the bell is happening. I would never recommend this place. Ever. If their management gets angry easily and their customer care manager who cares more about a quickie in the closet than her job is how that place is run, Duane Paddock should rethink his hiring team.

Not painful

Salesman did what I asked and did not pester me - got me the information I asked for in a timely manor and followed through with the sale

Paddock Chevrolet service dept is highly recommended for all service maintaince and repairs.

Do you due diligence before buying. I always do, yet I keep returning to Paddock because the dealership keeps beating the competition in price and service.

Chevrolet Traverse

Mr. Jeffery Wasik, his assistant Marissa, and Paddock Chevrolet gave me exactly the vehicle I was looking for and more. Mr. Wasik's knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and options available is second to none. I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase vehicles from Mr. Wasik; in addition, I will refer him to everyone I know. I love my new Traverse and I love the whole experience of driving it. I can sum up my experience with Paddock Chevrolet and Mr. Wasik in one word: outstanding. No high pressure

Eddie Acosta, my salesman, answered all my questions and also made me feel very comfortable. Eddie did not rush me and was very patient with me asking possibly the same question again and again.

Great Service!

I called for an appointment to schedule a routine oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check on my Trax. I was told to arrive in 10 minutes. When I arrived, my car was taken immediately and within 35 minutes, I checked out and was on my way back to work! Thank you for your prompt and courteous service!
