I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership.

I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership. Dave and his team are always very friendly, and welcoming. Dave Smith has a great sense of humor. Eric Hartz is very nice. Matt and Kyle in Finance are very good at their job. All of the great team in the service department seem to be very honest, and forthright. I have always brought my trucks back for general maintenance and warranty repairs. Truck has always been returned to me in great shape. I feel that they respect my time, and my property. I recently tried the mobile service van. Where has this been all of my life?!? It was so convenient. I had called to have a recall done, and I spoke to Candace in the scheduling department. she said that they could come right to my house and do it in the driveway if I wanted. It was done by 11:00 the next morning, and I didn't even have to leave the house. WONDERFUL!! Keep up the great work to Dave smith Ford and team.

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.

Great service and people.

Great service and people. I just received a refund for an oil change that was that was charged incorrectly. Great honesty, and Great business practices to look for billing errors I have bought 2 new cars from Dave Smith and it is my favorite dealership

This place is horrible my daughter bought her car in July

This place is horrible my daughter bought her car in July of 2023 after purchasing the car, she was supposed to get a second key that never happened two weeks after buying the car she got a small dent on the passenger side door . They were supposed to fix that never happened. She has been pushed from one person to another on every inspection we’ve brought these concerns up it’s like a runaround game on who’s gonna do what now here it is two years later and nothing still done these people take zero pride in customer service and satisfaction She was told she has the ultimate protection program, but we don’t know through who this place is a joke absolutely no help whatsoever and then we bring it in for another inspection oil change tire rotation. I asked them to check the packing in the muffler because we noticed it was coming out and he calls me telling me they inspected the exhaust the whole outside and didn’t see anything wrong. the outside wasn’t the problem it’s coming from the inside he said I don’t remember you telling me that but I know I did why would I ask you to look at the outside???? so then when I tell him that when he calls back, he tells me oh I guess we’ll look at that then like I feel like we’re a bother. I can’t wait for this girl to get rid of this car. I’m so over this dealership I would never recommend anybody to go here.Ever Period!!!!!

Disappointed with Dave Smith Ford – Buyer Beware!

Disappointed with Dave Smith Ford – Buyer Beware! We purchased a truck from Dave Smith Ford, and it has been nothing but trouble. Since November 2024 (which came on the second day after purchasing it), the check engine light has come on repeatedly—even after the service department worked on it two separate times! After having to have it looked at 3 other times. You’d think after that many visits, they’d figure out the problem, but here we are, still dealing with the same issue. To make matters worse, the entertainment console constantly freezes, making it completely unusable. So much for enjoying road trips or using navigation! We trusted Dave Smith Ford to sell us a reliable vehicle and to stand behind their service work. Instead, we’ve been stuck in a frustrating cycle with no resolution. Customer service seems more interested in excuses than solutions. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, think twice. We regret giving them our business.

The Used Vehicles Sales people were great to work with.

The Used Vehicles Sales people were great to work with. When it came to the Manager Dan, he can't be trusted. I looked at a truck and was interested. Took a copy of my license and wouldn't fill out paperwork because someone else was coming to look at it the next day. Wasted my time. He CAN'T be trusted! I would Not recommend this place.

Honest sales with top notch customer service.

Honest sales with top notch customer service. I wasn't pushed into spending more then a set budget I wanted to stay in. .I'm sold and will be back

Go to someone else

Should be zero stars. I don't know where to begin. Had some work done here and it's like they didn't do anything. The major repairs were done but not without some checking up on them. I had to get the insurance company to call them to get updates. I'm still waiting for some pieces as the job wasn't 100% done. we have left a few voicemails now and have yet to be called back. When we did receive the truck back the interior wasn't detailed and someone left their Starbucks cup in the truck. Just feel as if the repair shop is very unprofessional.

Your broke down….tough.

Daughter visiting Buffalo area from 3+ hours away and her Ford breaks down. Call about having it towed in and get told “since its over ten years old and we haven’t done all the service on it, we wont even look at it so don't have it towed here.” Really, a Ford dealership refusing to work on a Ford. Sorry I didn’t know 12 years ago that her car would break down 2 blocks from your shop and drive 3+ hours to have you service it so that you could now lower yourself as a Ford service shop to actually work on a Ford product.

ZERO stars if it was an option.

ZERO stars if it was an option. My wife and I have a long history with Dave Smith ford. Ancient history with atleast 7 cars purchased/leased there until their Service Dept policies changed a few years ago. Look at all of the other 1 star reviews. Shame on them they're just awful and manipulative in adding un-necessary service to vulnerable clients too! Today I tried to give them another chance with a Factory recall I have on my new Ford I purchased out of state, and I was informed that because I did not purchase my Ford there, it was their policy to refuse my business. I am very glad to oblige. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
