I live in just outside Seattle Washington.

I live in just outside Seattle Washington. My boyfriend has been looking for a Ford Raptor for 4 or 5 months now. Couldn't find the one he wanted anywhere out where we live. We found the perfect truck, but it was all the way in Buffalo NY. We sent an email to them and they were great. It was a lot of money, but we knew what to expect. They were great throughout the entire process. Very good communication. We signed all of the paperwork and Fedex it back. Nothing added at the last minute. Very transparent. Had the truck shipped to us and it is awesome! Everything we were looking for. thank you Dave Smith Ford team for making the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend them if you might not live in their city. We did the Carvana thing before and the car we bought was not what it was described. This was much better.

Just bought my 14th vehicle from Dave Smith Ford. I go there because they are very fair on price, and they are good people. I'm 75 years old and don't have time to run all over town. I trust the boys at Dave Smith.

I bought a new Bronco Sport last week.

I bought a new Bronco Sport last week. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but wasn't sure how I wanted to pay for it. I ended up leasing it for 3 years. The guys in the showroom made it very easy. they had the one I wanted. All we had to do was work out a good price, and I drove it home that same day. Nice job Dave smith Ford team!!

I had recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from this

I had recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from this dealership. The car came with a lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission. I just have to bring it there for oil change and rotate tires every 4,000 miles. I've been back twice now. I've had great service. I called in once and they scheduled me for the next day. Then I was getting close to my miles and they got me in right away so I wouldn't go over miles requirement. Both times, I was in and out smoothly, and I get a complimentary car wash. I'm satisfied with my "new to me" Escape and also Dave Smith Ford!

It was about last month I think my wife and I found an older Jeep on Smith Fords lot last month. It was the right price for us so we went to buy it. Everything went good through the hole time. We got the Jeep home and the next day it wouldn't start. We call the dealership and the came to get it. It was fixed and working for a few days. Then we got another issue. We asked if we could return it, and when after some back and forth, they were good to us and gave us our money back. I think that Dave Smith could of said no but they tried to get it fixed and in the end think they didn't want to have us keep coming back with a problem all the time. I think they did right by us. We will try again to buy something from them but just not right now. thank you Dave Smiths for working with us.

I started my search on one of the car sites.

I started my search on one of the car sites. It directed me to a very nice used Explorer. It was the color I wanted, and the price seemed fair. I met up with one of the salemen on a Monday to look at the car. I drove all the way in from Rochester so i wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting my time. When I got to the dealership, I found it to be clean and inviting. My salesman Nick had the Explorer parked off to the side. It was clean and had enough gas for the test drive. Long story short, it was everything I expected and more. It even had brand new tires and brakes that smith Ford had put on already. I got a good rate for a loan, and I feel that I was treated with respect. Good job Dave Smith Ford! i will be back, and I will recommend my friends and family to give you a shot if they need a new vehicle. Meredith spencer

I've done a lot of business with another bigger Ford

I've done a lot of business with another bigger Ford dealership near my house. They've gotten too big. I like the feel at this dealership. I got a great price on a new F150, and didn't have to go through the xx. People were very friendly and genuinely try to make the process as easy as possible.

Disappointed with Dave Smith Ford – Buyer Beware!

Disappointed with Dave Smith Ford – Buyer Beware! We purchased a truck from Dave Smith Ford, and it has been nothing but trouble. Since November 2024 (which came on the second day after purchasing it), the check engine light has come on repeatedly—even after the service department worked on it two separate times! After having to have it looked at 3 other times. You’d think after that many visits, they’d figure out the problem, but here we are, still dealing with the same issue. To make matters worse, the entertainment console constantly freezes, making it completely unusable. So much for enjoying road trips or using navigation! We trusted Dave Smith Ford to sell us a reliable vehicle and to stand behind their service work. Instead, we’ve been stuck in a frustrating cycle with no resolution. Customer service seems more interested in excuses than solutions. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, think twice. We regret giving them our business.

The Used Vehicles Sales people were great to work with.

The Used Vehicles Sales people were great to work with. When it came to the Manager Dan, he can't be trusted. I looked at a truck and was interested. Took a copy of my license and wouldn't fill out paperwork because someone else was coming to look at it the next day. Wasted my time. He CAN'T be trusted! I would Not recommend this place.
