Matt Hufnagel sold us many cars thru the years. His customer service is awesome and professional. He is finance these days but I still make him deal with us if they want the sale. Matt knows his stuff and always willing to steer you right and provide you options. We thank you. I gave the dealership 4 stars . I highly recommend the sales, finance and collision shop as good and/or great customer service however, Service dept is poor. I also rating on the many years of going here all in one review.

Took my car to the body shop and got ripped off, they...

Took my car to the body shop and got ripped off, they took parts off my my car and replaced it with bad parts. My insurance paid for the work and they took full advantage.

Horrible purchase experience

Emailed salesman regarding price and what I was willing to pay so not to waste each others time. When I got to the dealership, took the car for a test ride salesman did not show me any features on the car. Salesman went back and forth on the price even after the email was to sent him. Told him no not going to pay that price. When I got in my car and was backing up to leave, the salesman came running after my car and agreed with the original price I was willing to pay. Then I was badgered by the finance guy to purchase a $2700 warranty. I now understand why... especially women buy cars from Vroom, Autoauction, Carvana ect.

I had such a great experience here! I dealt with Matt Roeder and he was awesome!! Very upfront with what he could make work for me. He did a great job of thoroughly going through my new vehicle so I knew exactly what everything did. We even had some laughs!! I highly recommend checking this dealership out and ask for Matt Roeder!

I had the greatest experience working with Kevin...

I had the greatest experience working with Kevin Burlingame. I went there to look and test drive a truck. 2 hours later I was driving home with the vehicle. He made the process so easy and quick, with no pressure to buy. He took care of everything - transferring plates, calling my insurance company and getting boxes for me to transfer my belongings from my old vehicle. I definitely recommend Dave Smit Ford for your next vehicle buying experience.

This was the absolute worst car buying and customer...

This was the absolute worst car buying and customer service experience!! While our sales associate was drawing up paperwork for purchase we wanted to test drive one last time. During that time they sold the vehicle to another couple!!! After expressing our overwhelming frustration with the management because of how poorly this was handled they seem unphased and not sympathetic at all. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The way they handle business is deplorable spend your money with better people/company.

In the past year and a half my fiance, family friend, and...

In the past year and a half my fiance, family friend, and my self have bought 3 vehicles from Deuce. This guy is top of the line. Not to many people out there that shows true compassion for what they do. The dealership is top notch in my book. I will send anyone looking for a quality vehicle to them. I would steer clear of this place at all cost! I made an appointment to test drive a used car, that was new to their dealership. I made and appointment with Jordan online. Jordan was great and was very responsive. When I arrived the day of the test drive, a man named Mathew Roeder approached me. From there, I believed I was profiled. Profiled in a sense of a younger gentlemen that was test driving a “sports car”. The day of the test drive I was ready for make a purchase that day if the number were to align. From the get-go Mathew was extremely standoffish, rude and belittling, Not welcoming whatsoever. I test drove the car, to which I found the car to have a lot more blemishes than I had expected and it was extremely clear that the used car was a smokers car. Mathew was very rude in his response said “I didn’t smell the smoke” and when I started to point out all the marks on the car to him, he stated in a rude tone “Well this is a used vehicle.” I was VERY aware this was used vehicle but I wasn’t expecting so many chips and marks in the paint. I tried to make small talk by asking about the weather and in passing, asked about the Carfax. All responses made me feel like I was just wasting his time. Again to no surprise it seemed that I was wasting his time to even ask about pricing. By then I was completely checked out and knew this place wasn’t for me. Long story short I took my business down the road and purchased the same car where I was offered amazing customer service and could actually have a personal conversation with my salesman. Mathew was by far the rudest and most unprofessional car associate I have ever dealt with. Mathew Roeder should treat ALL prospective clients with respect and I bet he would get farther with sales. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go to this dealership, I’m just saying Mathew Roeder is not someone you should be seeing.
