EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE

My wife and I leased a 2015 ford escape titanium and we love this little but amazing suv. Our salesperson Mack handled everything via email as my wife and I have a very busy lifestyle and the experience was effortless. Mack made this lease as easy as one could hope for.

Excellent Service - very happy customer

Leased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. Matt Roeder worked with us to identify the options we wanted and to provide the finaincing alternatives. He was both patient and knowledgeable, not pushy. Our intention was to investigate choices. However, with Matt's help, we walked out with our new car the same day! I would recommend Dave Smith Ford to anyone for both sales, service and choice of vehicles

The best car buying experience available

Bought a 2015 Ford escape S E model turbocharged four-wheel-drive eco-boost the vehicle is absolutely amazing the customer service was outstanding they did not hustle us to buy at that day they walked to that we got to vehicle he wanted the features we wanted I would recommend to anybody . I'd recommend guy or Dennis for sales representative they worked with us very well they did not make Feeling comfortable they were very helpful. They want to sauce so hard and what they wanted us to know that they were gonna do everything they can to help.

Great experience

Our plan was to research our options for buying our next car and started at Dave Smith since we purchased our last two vehicles there. There was no need to go anywhere else, a few hours later and we left with a 2012 Ford Escape. Bill Anger was awesome and we're happy with our experience once again.

Decided to do business at Dave Smith after Getzville dealer refused to deal. Salesman Guy Pepe knew I didn't have time or desire to haggle. Just gave me his best price, found my vehicle, and delivered. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.
