I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I had to call to find out when I would receive my check from the extended warranty I had on my Versa, never found out from my salesman Tony. I don't know how much experience he has but he was very nice and polite. Never got a follow up email like I did before and didn't get a coffee mug like I did before. I will recommend Basil to my friends, as you do have the best deals, most of my family shops at Basil

From helping me choose my vehicle (one that I love!) to answering all of my questions he couldn’t of been more helpful and kind. Waited until the last day to get my car inspected and serviced, Walked in unannounced on a Saturday Morning, and was told there would be a wait. . . and there was, but the service department took care of me and I was in and out in about an hour. . . Much better than if I had tried any other inspection station. . . Plus I purchased this car from BRS and they know me and my car. . . none of this headlamp adjustment or you have a brake light out. . .Thank you very much

Hade a oil change took great care of me. Got me in and out in a short period of time. They treat me great every time I get service.

We had a great experience at Basil. Joe Santalucia was easy going, very knowledgeable, and genuinely got to know us as customers and people. We never felt pressured to make a decision or forced into a car we weren't interested in. We were in and out with a new car within 2 to 3 hours....by far the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I highly recommend Basil and Joe and I'm not an easy customer to impress!

I drove to Buffalo from Rochester because I couldn't pass up taking this car for a test drive. Ray was great to deal with! He was easy going and not pushy at all. I didn't need to trade up but definitely wanted to. He was able to negotiate a deal with my trade in that left both parties feeling satisfied. I was able to drive my new car off the lot that day! Definitely would recommend Basil and especially Ray. Thanks so much, I love my new wheels! PS... Sandy was great too... very funny!
