Awful!

Awful!!!!! Buying the car was simple. The servicing department is another story. When I first got my car I had problems with the check engine light. They fixed it cool! Kept occurring, said go to Nissan, ok..they (Nissan)actually fixed the problem. Que to a week ago when I’ve called a half a dozen times couldn’t get a call back, finally stopped in after work. The very nice gentleman said let’s take a look see if anything is documented during the oil change, the other person working was very nasty stating “the code has been documented over 15 times. “ ok, so only one code could ever pop up on a car. Nothing else can ever be wrong???? I felt very dismissed, not taken care of considering my children ride in this car. Was told it would take 2 weeks to even look at it. They couldn’t even plug in the code to see what the problem was. Just assumed it was the same thing from a previous time. Took it to Nissan, as I didn’t feel safe. They got me in right away turns out Not only is the grill broke, the sway bars are cracked, the clips on the right side are broke, and one other thing (I was so distraught I can’t remember) Why didn’t basil take care of this or even look at it. No instead they saw my car and name and said “nope it’s the same thing, we can’t do anything” what if something happened with my kids in that car! Steer clear of there servicing department. They are clearly useless!!!!!!! Don’t care if your car is safe or not!

I had expressed interest in a car on line.

I had expressed interest in a car on line. BASIL called me at 6:43 pm, and I made an appointment to see the car. They sold the car that day ( Cars app showed it was sold). They did not tell me that they sold the car, but they emailed and txt me about coming to the appointment. They tried to bait ans switch! Thankfully Cars.com was accurate and I didn't fall for Basil's trick.

This is a very incompetent dealership.

This is a very incompetent dealership. I would recommend that any buyer reconsider this dealership for their purchase. After filling out my application and providing additional documentation, they failed to call me back after numerous calls to the sales department and finance office. I took my time to send documentation to see the terms and conditions of the deal. Yet, I never heard back from Darius or his colleagues in finance. I was even willing to pay cash for the vehicle if terms were not acceptable. Ironically, the vehicle is still available which is truly pathetic!
