My wife and I had a great experience with the purchase of our new 2025 Ford F-150 Hybrid. We came in and they had a couple of trucks for us to test drive, already lined up outside the door. Sales person Alex Lopez was very helpful and so was the Sales Manager Todd Prestage. Finance person Nick made it very easy on the paperwork for us. We went to Wickstrom because they were the closest dealer that works with the Costco discount program, and we just got lucky that they were great to work with! Jared helped us order our new Ram truck. He was easy to get in touch with via text, and prompt with answers when we asked about the progress of our order. They worked with us ahead of time to get the paperwork ready so the signing/pickup of the truck was quick. Their showroom and shop are great including a nice waiting area with refreshments. Highly recommend!
