In Aug 2021, I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from Wickstrom in Barrington. Keith Miller was my sales person. It was sincerely a hassle-free and pleasant experience. The price negotiation was very efficient and open. I didn't experience any game playing I've seen at other dealerships. The communication from Keith was excellent. I also really appreciated how easy the paperwork was to complete. The finance person had everything ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. The process was transparent & organized. My experience at Wickstrom was excellent from start to finish. I would like to also single out the salesman, Andrew Nichols as he was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I was treated very fairly in regards to the trade in value of a Jeep Wrangler and I did not feel this way at the first dealership I went to and walked out of.
