I've never written a review before, but my great buying experience at Wickstrom prompted me to make this my first. My husband and I were saw an available 2017 Jeep GC listed on Cars.com at Wickstrom in Barrington, IL. It was a 45 minute drive, but well worth it! As we'd already been to several closer dealerships, we knew right away that we were going to have a better experience. In addition to the dealership and service area being immaculate and comfortable, the staff were friendly and courteous in a genuine way. Our salesman, Tony DiPaolo,was top notch! He had the car pulled up and waiting for a test drive and immediately put us at ease with his friendly manner. Tony was very knowledgeable about the year and model we were driving and easily answered all obscure questions we threw at him. He made the buying process swift and easy as there is no "back office" where the offers and counter offers are shuttled back and forth. We were able to come to an agreement quickly and Denise, their finance person, was terrific in finishing off the process. A+ for Wickstrom!!

After having the usual bad experience at about 10 other local Dodge Durango dealers and visiting several of them I met with Don at Wickstrom. The professionalism and honesty I received gave me faith that there are still good dealers around. Wickstrom was wonderful every step of the way, and also had the best price. I recently brought the Durango in for the first oil change and again had a great experience! I have told numerous people that I highly recommend Wickstrom Dodge.

Our third purchase from Wickstrom Auto Group. Low pressure shopping atmosphere, comfortable facilities. Our salesman, Eric Jensen was great to work with. We looked at a few vehicles at other dealerships but were either disappointed with the quality of the cars or the professionalism of the staff.
