I live in Minneapolis and found a 2011 Toyota Rav4 V-6

I live in Minneapolis and found a 2011 Toyota Rav4 V-6 Awd listed at Wicskstrom in Barrington, IL. I was looking for this year, a not very common model in excellent condition. I called and spoke with Jared Nelson in sales. I told Jared about a fly-in drive-back nightmare Ebay purchase I had made in Philadelphia. He said he would drive it and give me an honest account. He drove it and gave it 2 thumbs-up and even took pics of the flaws, which were few. He said it was worth the flight in and drive back. He said if I weren't happy with the transaction they wouldn't be either. With his reassurance, I bought the car sight unseen. I flew in, was picked up at the airport and driven Wickstrom's. I met Jared, was shown the car, took a short drive and decided absolutely that I wanted it. The whole process took about an hour. I hit the road, made the 375 mile trip back without a problem. I made it home before dark that very day. Thanks Jared for guiding me through the purchase beginning to end and to Wickstrom for offering such a high quality used car for sale.

Best salesman

We have now purchased 3 jeeps from Eric Jenson. He is a great salesman. Extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles. He’s very friendly and good humor. We have never bought a vehicle so easily and quickly. We will be back.

A better purchase experience

As I was on the market for a new Grand Cherokee, I reach out by email to Keith who has been extremely helpful and very careful in not wasting my time all along the process. A very different experience from other dealership who harass you while you have already turn them down 3 times!
