Worked with Michael K. at Wickstrom, he was excellent. Knew a ton about the car, offered his assistance bud did not pressure or follow up constantly. I made a follow up appointment, he was ready for me on time, checked in 30 min before to make sure we were still on, and had all the cars i was interested in pulled up and ready to go. While buying a new Escape hybrid there were very few within 500 miles. This dealer make it happen with even delivering to me. Rae was the salesperson and made this a seamless transaction. 0% financing made this an even easier purchase. This was 90% of what I wanted in options but the only one that was this well equipped available anywhere with the must have options, Bought a car from the original Dick Wickstrom many decades ago and great to see they havent let me down. I hate dealing with car salesmen and few are as nice to deal with as Rae. Thank You

I recently had the opportunity to order a new Bronco Sport Outer Banks with the Wickstrom group. I had never ordered a car before and the process seemed intimidating. Michael K. helped me out and made the process super easy. When I came in for paperwork, he didn’t leave out any details and made everything simple. With ordering my new car, he helped me pick out the best appearance and features for my interest. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. When my car was officially in production, it only took a month for the build to be complete and two more weeks for it to arrive at the dealership! If you’ve never ordered a car and you’re picky like me, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Michael K. He’s very kind and understanding.
