I recently had the opportunity to order a new Bronco

I recently had the opportunity to order a new Bronco Sport Outer Banks with the Wickstrom group. I had never ordered a car before and the process seemed intimidating. Michael K. helped me out and made the process super easy. When I came in for paperwork, he didn’t leave out any details and made everything simple. With ordering my new car, he helped me pick out the best appearance and features for my interest. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. When my car was officially in production, it only took a month for the build to be complete and two more weeks for it to arrive at the dealership! If you’ve never ordered a car and you’re picky like me, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Michael K. He’s very kind and understanding. I will definitely be in contact with him when the time comes for another new vehicle from Ford!

We had a very good experience here.

We had a very good experience here. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable, and provided regular updates on the status of our new Jeep delivery. We will definitely come back and work with Eric again when it’s time to buy a new car! If you are on the market for a new car, Wickstrom is a solid choice.

Absolute worst dealer in the area, and that’s saying a

Absolute worst dealer in the area, and that’s saying a lot. Trading in a 21 Yukon Denali that I have $30k IN EQUITY in for a used 2021 Ram Pickup. Dealership wouldn’t take a hold check while waiting 1 day for my credit union to overnight a balance check. Told me that I had to have a cashiers check AND BEFORE I COULD DRIVE AWAY THEY WOULD HAVE TO VERIFY THAT THE CHECK WAS REAL. I’m sorry but you are a barrington car dealership and I’m a local business owner and you tell me that I must pay by cashiers check? What is this… the 1960’s? I seriously wonder if the fact that I’m Jewish had something to do with this dealers attitude, since I’ve spent millions of dollars down the street at Motorwerks and never had an issue BRINGING A CHECK THE NEXT DAY when I’ve made a purchase. Please do yourself a favor and shop anywhere but at Wickstrom. Most unprofessional dealership I’ve gone into… management is C Tier at the best, and the ownership must not care because they allow these people to work there.

Everyone at Wickstrom was super helpful and made the purchase process as easy as possible. Nathan was especially helpful and was able to answer all my questions as well as made sure I had all the information I needed about my new car. Be sure to check this place out!
