Over a month ago, Brian DiSanto called and offered to refund my recent service expense of just over $500 dollars to settle my earlier complaint about brake rotor replacement. Since the offer of the refund, there has been no contact and no refund. I wrote the owner a letter describing my experience. Maybe he'll care that his people are damaging his business.

I found them to be extremely customer friendly and courteous. My salesperson was great, 2nd deal with him. I have 3 experiences with Hoselton Nissan, this is my 3rd new Rogue and love it!!! Would recommend Hoselton to anyone!!!!

I came to Hoselton with some pretty specific ideas of what I wanted in a vehicle. Salesman Mike Tyson was able to select vehicles that fit my needs. I purchased a 2019 Terrain, and am getting use to the comfort in this vehicle. It took 4 days from test drive to drive off the lot. Mike and finance did a great job.

Over the last five years, I've done about $20,000 of...
Over the last five years, I've done about $20,000 of business with the service department of Hoselton. My most recent visit will likely be my last. Hoselton replaced my brake rotors about 10,000 miles ago and during my inspection visit, they told me that the rotors were rusted out and delaminating. I requested that the parts be kept so I could look at them. Suspiciously, the parts were discarded so I could not look at the condition of the parts. I contacted the service director and got no response. I hope the $500 you got from me is worth the loss of the future business.

The salesman was awesome. The finance guy was a xxxxxx. Almost did not buy the car because of his disrespectful attitude. If it was not for how professional the salesman was I would not have bought the car.
