I have experienced many dealerships that have been...

I have experienced many dealerships that have been extremely pushy trying to make a sale beyond what I can afford or that end up making me feel that because I am not shelling out big bucks that I am of less importance. I have NEVER felt that way at Hoselton. I have leased four vehicles now with them and every experience has been pleasant. I have to add that their staff is always friendly as well, working together to help people not scamming for sales. Hoselton is the first and only dealership I will give my business to because I know that their customer service is consistent and that there are no surprises whether I am making a sale or paying for services. Great experience

Great experience. Low pressure, good deal with our trade. The Staff were friendly and professional and the delivery of our vehicle was on time . We will buy from Hoselton again.

Friday I walked into the dealership to purchase a vehicle...

Friday I walked into the dealership to purchase a vehicle I have been looking at online for a few months. The purchase and trade process was flawless. I drove the vehicle off the lot and had instant regret. The vehicle was not bad in anyway. I just had extreme buyers remorse and knew I made a mistake getting something smaller then what I had. I called Dave Rogers very early the next morning and voiced my concern. With out hesitation, Dave Rogers said. Bring it back. The timing of the day wasn't going to work for either of us that day. They also had to go to DMV to re register my old vehicle and that was not going to happen on a Saturday. They follow through with their return policy, zero questions asked. Dave sent someone to the DMV and Monday I was able to pick up my old truck and hand over the keys for the vehicle I had purchased. Dave was so patient with me the entire process. I felt horrible, ashamed and really embarrassed for the time I had wasted of theirs. I met Dave Monday night, he had plates on my truck and took the plates off the purchased vehicle. I left and just could not believe how amazing he was to me. He did not have to do anything that he did for me, but he did. Dave is truly a asset to this company and without him I would of probably been very unhappy and not said anything. I would of went on and drove a car that I hated. I am still in AWW of how well this entire thing was handled. Thank you so much Dave Rogers for everything.

Don't waste your time with other dealers

Partha was the salesman that worked with me and he did a great job. The whole process went smoothly and didn't waste my time like a lot of other dealers do. Paperwork process went very quick. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'll be starting with Hoselton. Don't waste your time with other dealers...just go here.

One of Rochester NY’s Top Dealerships.

Hoselton a family owned business that really deserves to be one of the top dealerships in Rochester NY. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff from sales to finance and service. Also they have their own insurance agency which saved me $1000 on my insurance needs. I would definitely buy my next car at this dealership..
