I thought car sales people were supposed to be high pressure. No one told Joe Monkelbaan that. Joe greeted me when I entered Hoselton. I told him what i wanted.He then searched for the vehicle and found it. After some low pressure negotiating we came to what i thought was a fair price for my trade and the new vehicle.Joe went over the paperwork page by page to be sure i understood everything. He did the same with my truck when i took delivery.

We are looking for a new RAV4 XLE and met with Brian. This would be our second RAV4 from Hoselton. We really like the facility and sales personnel. I must be honest, the first deal we were offered was very high and almost put us off. So I wrote to our salesman and presented the KBB fair market value to see if they will match it. This is only thing I can honestly sale. We will see if they will negotiate ;-) Overall, Hoselton is a great dealership !
