Very easy and smooth

I was interested in leasing a Nissan Rogue. I worked with Steve Carroll who made the process very easy and understandable. He was great to work with and went out of his way to see that all went well. It was a very good experience.

I bought a 2007 Corolla for my teenage daughter from Terry. Terry and Bill made sure the process was smooth and fast. I would recommend Hoselton and Terry to anyone.

Brought a Nissan Sentra!

This was our 2nd time visiting Hoselton Auto Mall in East Rochester, NY. We were looking for a used car for our grandson and saw one online and we went and met with Partha Saha which my husband brought his last car from himand he highlighly recommended him. Partha is very professional and was able to help us out. We brought the car and we are very happy with it including my grandson.

Overall great experience

I had a great experience with Toyota salesperson Drew. He was very sensitive to our needs, put in a lot of work to ensure that we had the best experience during the entire purchase process, and took care of any specific requests we had regarding the car and related paperwork.

Good experience

I really like the vehicle that I purchased and the salesman that worked with us. I was a little disappointed when I brought it back with concerns and was quickly dismissed (by another professional). Turns out there was an issue and I will have to return two more times for it to be resolved. Compared to other dealerships this was the best experience I have had so far when purchasing vehicle. I will definitely return to service my vehicle in the future and return for purchases if the need arises.

friendly and helpful

My salesperson was helpful respectful and not pushy The cars were a bit too rusty, dented and glass chipped for my needs. They were however willing to repair some of the defects

There were a couple of hiccups in our purchasing process but our salesman [Brian] and your management made everything work.The first time we came to look at a car the salesperson we were greeted by was attentive and cordial,although I don't recall his name was on vacation when we retuned to ultimately purchase the car. I believe we got a fair deal for us both as we had a trade. Enjoying the car.
