Horrible!

I would never go back! I bought a used 2010 Kia forte almost two months ago, my car was filthy when I picked it up! Mud in the car and sticky stuff in the doors. Also they never gave me the car FAQ and I just found out it was in an accident! Very disappointed

I like Hoselton Toyota Dealership

I like Hoselton Toyota Dealership. I purchased my Toyota Venza in 2009 at Hoselton Toyota and I have been using Hoselton dealership for scheduled service checks and inspections for my vehicle ever since. Hoselton team care about their customers and I am very happy to continue to come back to Hoselton Toyota. I also want to thank Service Manager Zack Goldman, who has been a great help during my visits to Hoselton Toyota and has helped ensure that all the checks went smoothly. Zack is usually personally involved and courteous, also I can trust him - he is very organized and professional, offering detailed information and great advice about taking care of my Venza. So I?m very thankful to Zack Goldman for his excellent work on my vehicle! I also want to thank the whole Hoselton Toyota team. I?m happy I bought my Toyota Venza at Hoselton dealership and have been receiving great service.

It was a good used car but paper work said they did work that wasn't done like air filter & oil change that I did my self

I asked for a price over the net and got what looked like...

I asked for a price over the net and got what looked like a great deal on a Chevy Volt. Turns out the deal was no better than i could get anywhere else. Was this bait and switch? I have bought two cars from then in the past but from now on I will not trust them. by the way, the salesman Ralph was great, the internet guy Thomas, not so much.

Didn't have Suburban they advertised on cars.com.

I called to check on a Suburban that was listed on cars.com. Was told it was still availble and made a appt. to see it the next day. I was meet by another salesperson when I got there. He told me he would bring the Suburban around for meto check out. When I saw the Suburban I knew it was not the right vehicle. The saleperson said it was the one adv., it wasn't. It was suppose to have cloth int., had leather, had 4 wheel drive, suppose to be 2 wheel drive. It had not been cleaned and he said it just came in a couple of days ago. The one I was checking on was adv. 2 weeks earlier. Not sure if he knew the difference between a LS model and a LT model.

Don't Get Hosed at Hoselton!

Hands down the most disorganized dealership I've ever visited. I came from over 200 miles away for a particular used car they had. We negotiated a price over the phone, and even then I had to make multiple calls to get an answer if my price was accepted. But Joe Sproule on the internet team was polite and helpful. My salesperson, Pat Mullen, however, was nearly useless. I called at 9AM to say I'd be there at 10. When I arrived he told me he didn't expect me until 11. Which is odd since I just spoke with him. The vehicle itself was clean, however Pat promised that the dealer sticker on the back would be removed before delivery. It was not. I went to return a rental car, and when I got back to the dealership, he was 'in a meeting' so another salesperson had to complete the delivery. I assume he was simply eating lunch since he made no mention of a meeting when I went to return my rental. The dealership only provides a half a tank of gas with their used cars, which pretty much sums up their whole operation. After a few hours waiting around for paperwork to be processed, I finally departed. Three weeks later, the rear driver's doorhandle stopped working and I could not open the rear door. I called Pat, and he told me to bring it in. As I live over 200 miles away, I said I would not be spending an entire day to come out just to see if they could fix it. And if a part was needed he did not know if they could get it in time. When I asked to get it fixed locally and have Hoselton reimburse me (the car had the advertised 'Platinum line' used vehicle warranty which is also basically useless aside from engine or transmission failure), Pat said he'd have to ask his manager. I had to make about 7 followup phonecalls to get a straight answer. I submitted my bill for $300 and Pat first told me that the dealership would not pay since the car didn't have the Platinum Line warranty. Once I reminded him it did (I saved a photo from the dealer listing showing it) he then took 2 more days to simply email me back - not even follow up by phone - that the dealership would not reimburse me but offered me a coupon for a free oil change. Again, I'd have to drive 200 miles each way to get a free oil change. I'm not sure what the thought process is on Hoselton's end. But they clearly demonstrated that they have zero customer service after the sale. I can't speak for their new car sections, but I will never be purchasing another vehicle from them and will encourage everyone I know to avoid them. If I had been given a correct answer up front, or even had my salesman Pat follow up without me making multiple calls, it would have been less disappointing. Buyer beware. Once you drive off the lot with your half tank of gas, every issue that comes up with your car will be yours alone to deal with.

1 in a Million Sales Person Kathy Milazzo

My husband owns a Tundra and I own a camry xle and both our buying experiences with Kathy have been awesome. We have recommended Kathy to many of our family, friends and neighbors and not one of them have been disappointed. We look forward to working with her again. What a super person and so very knowledgable.

Kathy Milazzo is awesome!

Kathy is my go-to source for all my car buying needs and I routinely send friends and family there. She is stationed in the Toyota building but this time around she helped me buy a Nissan and she's helped friends with their Chevy purchases. I never feel bullied, never pandered to, never lied to and always respected as a woman, which I think is pretty rare in the car business. (I remember a dealership that brought me a bouquet of flowers and kept implying the car that I was looking at was probably way out of my budget...I ended up buying that exact car from Kathy!) I think a woman's touch in the car business is rare but you can tell that Kathy is a seasoned professional and knows these cars inside and out. I have always loved the cars I've bought and Kathy's guidance in the process. I consider her a real friend to have in the business and look forward to my next purchase with her!!
