Got ripped off

Never buy a car from Joe Ball’s GM Suoerstore( what a joke 😂) in Glenshaw🤬. He sold my 19 year old daughter a lemon and he won’t even have the decency to help her out! She drove it off the lot with a broken emergency brake, no heat or AC, sunroof totally rusted out and leaking. Apparently none of this was tested before selling to her ! Yes things were fixed by Joe Ball and company ( minus the leaking sunroof which he refused to fix!!) Things went from bad to worse as she put in money for new tie rods, new sunroof ( still leaks as car is a rusty xxx “flood car!”) new brakes, rotors, calipers, all within 6 months of purchase. I say “flood car” as several people who looked st the underneath said it was so badly rusted ( rocker panels were shot!) that no way in 6 months time of owning could it get that bad. Must’ve sat in some water for quite a bit he said! Guy who inspected it said he never saw rust like that and it was very unsafe to drive.. he couldn’t pass for inspection.. also, when my daughter went to put wiper fluid in for the first time, she found a rusty pair of scissors laying by the engine! Really? What mechanic forgot to take these out and what exactly were scissors in there for in the first place?!?! 🤬 plus interior cloth keeps falling from doors and ceiling indicates a “flood car”. It’s sad Joe Ball has to take advantage of a 19 year old girl buying her first car to make his “money” She spent well over $6500 to drive it for less than a year! That’s xxxxxxxx! She also wrote him a very detailed letter of all the troubles she’s had with it and his email back was handwritten, very short and curt and basically said “ too bad- so sad!”🤬 Needless to say we will be contacting the BBB!!

Never purchase Firestone tires from this dealer...

Was advised tires were bad, purchased in 2016, now I have too go to a Firestone Dealer to get pro-rated, when I purchased tires at Joe Ball. (Carol L)...

Champ car buyer in pittsburgh, pennsylvania

Great dealer to deal with and good prices. Sales person did a great job, finding us cars at the right price. I will return when we are ready to buy a new car or truck.

We live in Glenshaw thought we would support our local dealer, what a mistake. First they told us our Terrain was the Denali package, found out when we traded it that it wasn’t. Made deal Saturday morning at 2.9 % per salesman sat down Saturday afternoon after waiting 2 hours to find out it was really 4.9%. So needless to say we traded 18 months later. Went to Write GMC now they were awesome we didn’t wait 2 and a half hours and there were no hidden surprises! Also watch the rate they give you we have an 800 plus credit rating and they still wanted 4.9 went to credit union and got 1.9. I strongly recommend going to another GMC dealer! Bye bye Joe Ball

Check Engine Light nightmare

Had my truck into Joe Ball GMC for a check engine light and had a fuel smell, I spoke with Jon Bower he ensured me the vehicle was in great hands. They found out that the check engine like was due to the fuel pump leaking, he gave me a quote and said parts are in stock and the vehicle will be ready by the end of the day. Had my vehicle back by 5. Thank you for the great service

Professional service

Joe ball is a great place for service. Everyone there is always so friendly always say hi to me while my car is in for service. Just recently had my car in for inspection, Jonathan came over to me in the waiting room and went over with me what he car needed to pass for state inspection and a few recommendations. I told Jonathan I had a extended warranty that I bought when I purchased my car (Not from joe ball) he called the warranty company and explained what was needed to pass inspection. The warranty covered some of the repairs. Jonathan went beyond my expectations and got me back one the road in a few hours.

Great fast friendly service

The staff at Joe Ball GMC are wonderful. Called for an inspection appointment got me in the same day! My advisor was Jonathan bower he went over everything my car needed for inspection and offered a ride to work while the work was completed! Great job

A+ Service

I bought my GMC Terrain at JOE BALL GMC and get it service at Joe Ball I have never had a bad experience. Jon bower always take great care of my vehicle since I bought it. I strongly suggest Joe Ball GMC to anyone looking for great service!

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced

Stopped because tires were not holding air. Talked with Jonathan Bower, Service Adviser. Took vehicle in next morning, in just over an hour I got a call the tires were broken down, brushed and re-mounted. Outstanding service on short notice and completed exceptionally fast. Jonathan even took some extra time to explain some dashboard questions I had. Friendly and efficient. Thank you Jonathan.
