Terrible Service. I had problems with a trim piece that was determined to be a manufacture defect. They have ignored me for the last 6 weeks. After 1 week I called and was told they were waiting for the district manager to get back to them. Same on week 2. Week 3 there was a new district manager and he was getting up to speed. Since then no one has bothered to contact me. When ever anyone asks me about my truck I tell them that I like the truck but make sure you don't go to Joe Ball because after the purchase they ignore you. Nobody walks until Joe Ball talks sounds like a good motto but after you walk nobody for Joe Ball talks to you. I have a lease ending in 2019 and I'll be walking to some other dealership no matter how hard Joe Ball talks!

Had my car8 days for recall cracked my windshield.
Gave me the run around cracked my windshield and said they would take care of it but they lied and did nothing. Gave me the run around and lied.

Not as good as their word
Purchased a new vehicle at Joe Ball, we were promised an interior repair on a brand new vehicle, given an signed IOU, with the understanding that the part would be delivered to my home and we could have it installed at our local GMC dealer. 3+ months later, I am given the run around on every phone call, as to the status of the part. Had I not been given the IOU, I never would have bought the car due to it significant blemish. I was also promised weather tech floor liners as I had them in the car I traded in, and requested them in the new car. I was given, pick up truck liners (not weather techs) that dont fit the front or the back of the vehicle. Overall, our experience with Joe Ball GMC has been unpleasant, they are not as good as their word or their promises. They just wanted your money, not a happy customer.

As always, Joe Ball GMC has gone out of their way to remind me of upcoming maintenance that may be needed, scheduled my appointment and also sent email reminders. They're rated #1 in my book!
