Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Virginia Beach

Service- Shady- Crooked I took my Jeep JK there 3 years ago to get my exhaust manifolds replaced with stock manifolds (not that I needed it). One of the heat shields that I paid for that they installed on my jeep, at some point vibrated off and I lost it on the road. I also have a an exhaust leak at that point where they replaced the exhaust manifolds and now they refuse to tighten it up or fix it. I have more stories that I will be posting soon with pictures of proof. Someone from jeep called me and said they would get right back with me the next day but they never did, that was 3 or more weeks ago. A while back after taking my Jeep in 3 different times to get them to look at why the front wheels were wobbling.... they quoted me over $7800 to replace everything on the front end when all it was were badd bushings on the 2 top track bars Which cost me $400 to get replaced at a shop. Months ago when I left this review about my exhaust manifold leaking, someone called and said they would check into it and never called back. 2/1/20 took exhaust manifold off to seal it, and found it had been cracked and that's why I've had a leak for over a year.

This is my second time buying a car, my first car buying experience was absolutely the worst experience of my life, but thanks to Hall, Chrysler, Jeep I can no longer say that. I went into the Hall, Chrysler, Jeep dealership with the no expectation, to be honest I felt like I was wasting my time. When I walked in I was greeted right away. I was introduced to Mr. Tharrington Battle. He walked me through the whole process. I knew my situation was a challenging but he never gave up on me. He was very friendly, kind and professional. He made me feel so comfortable about the experience and gave me a lot of hope. So I am proud to say thanks to the hard working team at Hall, Chrysler, Jeep I am a proud owner of a 2019 Jeep Renegade. I went from a 2005 Kia Sorento to a 2019 Jeep Renegade. I never thought that I would get approved let alone for a newer year. I am the first owner of my car an I am PROUD!!!! So thank you to the whole Hall, Chrysler, Jeep team but an special shoutout to Mr. Tharrington Battle my excellent sales rep and Mr Peter Manikkam the greatest Finance rep.

Internet purchase experience and customer service from Jim, Tharington and Peter to order the new car I wanted and close the deal at a competitive price, was all around exceptional. The process was straightforward and uncomplicated. I needed the car in Virginia Beach by a particular time, but because I was traveling, and unable to visit the dealer, everything had to be handled online. The car I ordered arrived at the dealer barely one month after placing the the order. Wow!

The easiest car leasing experience I have ever had. Ron was pleasant , thorough and he didn't push us to buy any extras that we declined.

I had a good experience at Hall Jeep in VB purchasing a used Toyota My Salesman, Andrew Clifford, was both professional and easy going. My over experience was a success.

From the moment walking in from the lot I met with Eric and he guided me to Joe which was busy. So going on forward spoke to Eric who took every word into account showed me a car I said no and immediately moved on didn't even attempt to go through specifications and I really appreciated it

Martin was a fanatic sales man. He did not pressure us during the processes. He was understanding and gave several options based off our financial approval. He is an all around amazing employee you need more like him.

After visiting 3 dealerships, we chose Hall. It was a pleasure working with Eric Osborne. His enthusiasm is contagious, professionalism is impeccable, responsiveness was spot on! The only improvement I’d recommend is the financing portion. If we call ahead and you have everything you need from us to finalize the sale, the process should not take almost 3 hours when we arrive.

We went into the dealership looking to buy a used car, however, we ended up walking away with a new car and huge smiles! Despite the usual Saturday wait time, the buying process was seamless. We really enjoyed working with Eric, as he was both professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. 10/10.
