We bought a new Jeep Wrangler at Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep a week and a half ago. We worked with James Loeven - he greeted us as we pulled up, as my wife met with him the day before and we'd texted them letting them know we were on our way and were on a very tight schedule. We'd worked out the price prior to our arrival - and Mr. Loeven could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He answered all of our questions, was patient, all while being very cognizant of our time constraints. We were in and out in very short order. We also spoke with Joe Monahan who stopped by to make sure we were being taken care of, and Peter in Financing was great to work with as well. We could not have had a better experience - thank you all so much. Oh, and we love our new Jeep!

I have purchased 3 cars now from Pati. Two were used and one was brand new. This last purchase was 10 years form the last purchase and it was just as pleasant as the first. Pati is understanding, friendly, knowledgeable and very funny. She made the process easy and I am forever a customer of hers!

In 2016, me and my husband were looking to trade in the van we had. I had bad credit but the associate got us financed. It was an all day process, but we drove off the lot the next morning. Now, I kept receiving letters in the mail about they wanted to buy my truck back and put me in a newer car. After many letters, I decided to take a look. I went the the Va Beach dealership, and did not have any issues getting a sales person. I wanted one car, but the main guy told me they would not finance an older car with high mileage. It was a 2016 with 25000 miles. All of a sudden, I was told about a 2017 with 13000 miles, and the credit union already approved me for it. I did not say yes or no yet. I did not even get a chance to test drive any cars. When I asked to see it, they explained it was not on the lot and that the previous owner still had it. He was bringing it in on that day, Mind you, it was 7/24/18, they were going to recondition it and it would be ready by the following Thursday, 7/26. I could not get there until Friday 7/27, at which time, I was told there was a problem with the previous owner signing the paperwork, that it was already reconditioned, and it would be ready to roll off the lot on Friday 7/30. So today I go in to pick up my new truck, just to be told it had just went to be reconditioned this morning, and it would be a couple of hours. This was at 11:30 this morning. I ended up calling and speaking with a manager, just get a call back from her telling me there was still a problem with the prior owners paperwork. That it will be ready sometime today or tomorrow. I do have a loaner car, but I have all my paperwork signed, and I am paying on a car that I haven't even sat in yet. I did not have no where as much trouble last time. It is now 5:22, I have left multiple messages, and I have not heard anything back. I am not happy, I am ready to pull my contract and ask for my old truck back. I am wondering if they sold my old truck to someone else. It seems they sold me a truck they did not have possession of or own. NOT COOL!! I will take my business elsewhere next time. I feel as if I was pressured into buying a car I never even got the chance to see let alone sit in. Not A Happy Camper this go around.

I was turned down by so many dealers before going to Hall because I had no established credit. But that did not stop Patti, she went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process and I would recommend her and her team to anyone!
