smooth process

Smooth process in purchasing a vehicle, even though my purchase was not planned due to my car getting nailed in an accident. Susan Gessler in finance did a great job and was a huge help in the final phase of the process. Thank you Susan!!!

Exceptional in every aspect!

I walked in and had all expectations that I'd be arranged with a used vehicle due to my age and less-than-perfect credit; however, after speaking with Derek Bowman (finance) and Steve Fusco (sales), I was actually arranged with a new Honda Civic EX sedan. I could not be more pleased. My overall experience was excellent, to say the least. Not only was the dealership itself very clean and inviting (and has a "new car" scent), the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the vehicles (of course, being a Honda) are reasonably priced and packed with features, and the buying process was the easiest that I've ever dealt with; I was in and out in maybe an hour or two. I'd like to commend Derek Bowman and Steve Fusco on their hard work and dedication. It is because of their efforts that I will definitely be doing my business here for a very long time and I would highly recommend this dealership (and Derek and Steve) to anyone looking to purchase a safe, reliable, and feature-packed, vehicle which has the industries best longevity bar none. Oh and be sure to tell them that I (Derek Ley) sent you!

Our First Honda

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 CR-V at Honda North in Butler Pa. I met with Dustin Hollenberger the night before our purchase and made arrangement to test drive the the CR-V the next day. Dustin I can not say enough about. I have to say Dustin made our purchase stress free, fun and easy. He did not push anything onto us that we were not looking for. He understood everything we wanted in our CR-V and he delivered. I must say this was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever been apart of. Thanks.

Best car buying experience ever

We're a honda family and always bought from Baierl in Wexford. Close friends had suggested we give Honda North a try and they spoke very highly of the dealership and their salesperson Mark Damiani. Called to introduce ourselves and set an appointment. Mark was very professional on the call. The day we arrived, Mark had the car we discussed inside so we could inspect it without being in cold weather. Made the deal, Mark was a gem to work with. We're very happy with the car and our experience was fabulous. Our inspections are free forever.

The Worst

A den of lies and deceit, but at least the people were rude. Went car shopping with my wife and was looking at Hondas. These people lost my business with their rudeness. After they failed to honor their quote for a new CRX, we went elsewhere.

Great experience live the car

I purchased my first honda from Mark Damiani at Honda north in butler. He was a joy to work with and was patient with me. This isn't always an easy experience for a female but I'm very happy with my car and Mark was great. Truly a fabulous experience.

Don't waste you time

Did not honor their word of beating another dealers written quote. Manager John Sigfreed was rude and combative. They are misleading and dishonest.

Waste of time. Avoid this place

Absolutely the worst experience trying to buy a new car. We were mislead and in the end treated horribly by John Zigfried. He was rude and confrontational. Worst experience ever.

Outstanding Service

This is a first rate repair location. My 2004 Civic's Check Engine Light came on and I took it to my local garage (not Honda North) where I was told the Camshaft Sensor was bad and would need to be replaced along with the timing belt and water pump. I found my receipt from 2 years ago when I had the belt and pump replaced and told them I only wanted the sensor replaced. They told me it would be $1000+ to repair. I immediately got online to look for Honda locations and found Honda North to be about 30 minutes away. I took it to them, explained the situation, and they repaired the sensor for less than $300 including parts and labor. They were a very professional, courteous, and friendly staff and I would have no hesitation to return to this location for service on my vehicle. I was shocked that a Honda dealer would charge 1/3 the price of a local garage, but they lived up to their reputation and I am so very thankful for the work they did on my vehicle.

Very friendly

I purchased a car from them yesterday. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. And everyone was friendly and personable. Jerry was great to work with. He helped me get exactly the car that I wanted. And the financing part was a breeze. Thank you all for the kindness and respect that you showed to a single woman. I will recommend Honda North to everyone looking for a new or used car.
