I must start this review by saying that to me car dealers are like dentists. You don really want to go but sometimes it inevitable. At least that what I thought until my experience at Honda North. As in all situations, when it rains it pours. Both cars in the household broke down within 2 weeks of one another and we knew we had to suck it up and go to the dealer. I have had such bad experiences in the past and wasn even sure where to start plus we live over an hour from Butler to begin with. Merry Christmas right?? In March, my mother had purchased a nice new vehicle at Honda North without issue so I decided to give it a try. From the moment Jon answered her e-mail requesting help, I knew this time was going to be different. Both Jon and Steve worked around our schedules and issues with the current vehicles. They were patient and best of all, transparent. Not only about the price of the vehicles but also about our trade ins and the different scenarios that work into those prices. Never have I had someone sit down with me like I was a new recruit and not just a poor schmuck buying an overpriced car (let alone the owner!). They placed both of us in vehicles that suited our needs and fit our budgets. Even the finance lady was an absolute joy to converse with! They have also called and e-mailed after the purchases to make sure we were happy and doing well. I cannot say enough about this dealership and how if anyone is even considering buying or leasing to take a look at Honda North before even going somewhere else. EXCELLANT DEALERSHIP
My husband and I went shopping for a new vehicle, we were recommended to go to Honda North. So glad that we did, the salesman ship was excellant, we had some some scratches on the car and they took care of that right away. Would only recommend this would be your one and only car dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honda Piloit Purhase
Overal good service. Purchased a used 2011 Honda Pilot. Salesman was courteous and partially knowledgable about the vehicle. He did not inform me about not having a hitch which I wanted, and finding out after the purchase that the wiring harness was not included on my vehicle.

Excellent Service at Honda North
My husband and I just purchased our second car this year from Honda North in Butler, PA. We first bought a CR-V and then went back a few months later and traded in our Jeep for a Pilot. First I would like to say that all of our experience with any person on the staff at Honda North has exceeded our expectations. They are very polite, extremely helpful, and they made us feel like they were there to help us. Both times we purchased from JJ and worked with George on our financing. JJ never tried to sell us anything, he just identified the right model for us based on our needs. I didn't feel worked over or pressured like I have felt before in looking for a car. And as an added bonus we now have two great cars that will last us for years to come. I have known that Honda was a name that could be trusted, and now I know that Honda North is the Honda dealer that I can trust. Thank you for another great car buying experience!!

Great building and nice people but?
We were at Honda North and were really taken by the size of the building. Many of the staff said hello and all offered coffee or cold drinks. Unfortunately ,we did not make a purchase and the sales person Jayme was a bit of a turnoff. She was fine at first then became abrupt and was somewhat snooty and pushy. When we had an opportunity we decided to not make a decision that day. We did end up buying a Honda in newcastle instead.

Mark Damiani and the rest of the Honda team at Honda North were very freindly and welcoming. This is my 4th Honda vehicle and I now have my family driving Honda's and we are all very happy with Honda North :)

Just as I expected
Having bought numerous cars over the past 40 years I found Honda North and its sales people to be completely average with other buying experiences. I didn't find anything "outstanding" with this dealer. Just people doing their jobs. Nice facility... nice people trying to get you to buy a car (no high pressure with me). The used car I bought had a crack in the windshield and they put in a new windshield as promised (they did forget the "we owe" statement until I asked where it was). The car had only one set of keys and remote. The salesman (Dennis S) said the previous owner of this car was known well to the business and they would contact him about the extra set. After 3 attempts to find out if the keys had been found I still haven't heard anything... so I assuming not (but a phone call or email would've been nice). As stated above... I find nothing outstanding about this location BUT if they had a car I wanted I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.

Great sales staff!
Incredible sales staff, especially Jamie! Very helpful and accomodating. The finance guy is a bit abrasive, however, but that didn't deter me from making the deal!
