Great Buying Experience
This is the 2nd Escalade that i purchased from Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac. Steve in sales was very knowledgeable and personable and made it a great experience! Joseph in Finance also did a great job explaining all the available upgrades and all the info on the paperwork very professional! Services number one! Dealership is a wonderful location. The service tech that I work with Brandon is a wonderful young man. He takes care of my needs and is quick . The waiting room is wonderful, free coffee and donuts, TV just a pleasant atmosphere. Cashier is very pleasant. Excellent Experience with Awesome Customer Service
I just leased a new 2018 XT5 from this dealership. Steve Plotkin and Gregory Linton were my sales advisors and both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, honest and fair. Joseph Ferregur in finance was amazing. He really knows his stuff and gets you in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. Service is also excellent (this was the only place I would bring my ATS coupe for service). Brandon Hernandez and Maria Rivas are the best! Thanks to everyone at Bayview Cadillac. What a great sales and service experience. Clearly, customer service is their highest priority. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Cadillac sales and service needs. I bought a brand new Platinum Escalade.
My salesman Daniel Gagliano was amazing. He had total knowledge of the car, was a great teacher and above all very patient and accommodating. He answered every question I asked and then some. Daniel explained the paperwork and details very well and, again, was extremely patient with me. Daniel's sales style was very laid back and welcoming and helped make me feel comfortable with my purchase of the Platinum Escalade. He made excited for all of my future journeys. The Dealership itself is one of the nicest that I've ever been in. The sales staff was superb in anticipating anything I needed when Daniel was not available. Most importantly the gentleman whose job was to explain the costs of my purchase was amazing. He spent at least an hour going over everything with me and answering every question. All in all, the was a great experience. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
