I had a small matter of an Oil Package issue (bought at time of purchase of XT5 SUV) but was informed that it was expired, but which is not. I pointed this out to the GM/ Tony and the Director: Both were super nice and proceeded to Resolve and update Ed Morse at Bayview Cad at Ft Laud records to reflect my current coverages per my purchased Oil Change package/contract with them.

Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable mechanics. I was very impressed with everyone at the dealership, so much more professional than Sheehan Cadillac. Will never go back there.
