timely experience - Appointment time met and service was great. Also had Blue Tooth installed and explanation was understandable.

Right Truck, Right Price

Bottom line on any car/truck buying experience is the right car/truck for the right price. Keystone in my opinion met that standard. Got exactly what I wanted in my 2014 F-150 King Ranch for the price I was looking for on the deal. Clint, the salesman I dealt with, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had the answers to all my questions.

2011 Escape parts recall

I brought my 2011 Escape in for a recall fix. I had originally called when I received the letter in July, was told the parts would be in during August and they would call me. It came to September and I had to call to find out the parts were available. Once I got here, everything went well, but I would have appreciated some contact.

Could not have been better!

My experience was extremely satisfactory, with and emphasis on courtesy and promptness. Both the gentleman who greeted me and the gentleman who handed me my keys seemed sincere in wanting me to be pleased with their service for my 2010 Ford Escape. They did not seem to speak down to me because I was a woman, which I appreciated very much. The icing on the cake was the service was FREE! What a service department! Thank you, Marianne Childress
