2022 New Truck

Took awhile to get truck that was bought in transit. However it was not dealers fault, Mike the GM went above an Beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy, which I am. The sales guy Dennis did a great job communicating everything the whole time as well an was responsive to text.

DO NOT GO THERE

We got a new truck from this dealership 8/23/21. First, we ran out of gas on the test drive after 1 mile and had to wait for someone to come and put gas in it. Second, the drivers door on the inside looked as though paint was spilled/robot malfunction, and there were a few small nicks in the paint. We still made the deal because their guarantee was that they would repair all of that for him (to include them picking it up from our house and giving him a loaner) because obviously that's a manufacturing issue. Now here we are to November and numerous phone calls later this is still not scheduled yet and no return phone calls. They did however take the time to bully us into giving them 10s on their review that day because anything less is UNACCEPTABLE and they will make it right. We will never ever deal with this scheister dealership. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I commented on their post earlier and rather than respond they simply deleted it. 4 thumbs way down.

Make your own choice

I'm only writing about my experience. Don't recommend going here, but draw your own conclusion. I went there for an emergency. I ran over a screw on a street and was losing air fast. Couldn't drive to my dealer. I received the car back the next day. 2 days later, I see significant paint damage on my passenger side. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off because it was right where the damaged tire was. I called and took it for them to look at it. Although they claimed they didn't know how it happened there, they fixed it....correctly. I got it back a week later. The next day, I pick up my makeup bag to get some hand sanitizer. There was over $10 in quarters in the bag when I dropped it off. I was left with $3. When I called the service department to complain, I was met with sarcasm. Yes, maybe it was only $7 or a little more. But im a working single mother of 6 who struggled to get where I am and someone was petty enough to get into a makeup bag and take MY money.

Liars and thieves

Bought a used Buick Lucerne here, and discovered that it had undisclosed frame damage and other crash-related issues. When you attempt to contact the used sales department they are utterly unresponsive and the manager ghosts you. They were shady from the start, and shame on me for not listening to my instincts with these guys. Don't buy. Avoid at all costs.

Stress free, easy experience

From start to finish, the process was smooth and timely. Karim was a pleasure to deal with. Jason made the buying process a breeze. Xavier gave us some great advice. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to everyone involved!

WHAT A RIPOFF !

Called before going because of previous experience with a car dealer and hidden fees. Found car I was looking at online still on lot. Dealing with Ryan in sales I asked about hidden fee's. Was told about a $600 fee for some kind of etching done in case the car is stolen . This is not included in advertised sale price . Why is this passed on to the consumer? Then was told about the $2000 dollar finance discount.The car was priced online for $8777. So I asked if I finance does the price drop to $6777. LOL NO I was planning on paying with CASH. Paying with cash would jump the price up to $10,777. Now the real funny part is on their website on that cars info page there is a large box that says Cash $8777. Lock in Price. Informed Ryan of this he didn't even know this was on the info page. He checked sure enough it was there and was told the dealer should honor this. Needed to check with manager. Called back and was told in the fine print there is a disclaimer about this. How the heck can you advertise a cash lock in price and then be penalized $2000 because you didn't finance. What a joke!! Needless to say I didn't buy the car. It's a wonder they didn't try and charge me admission to that circus act.

Amazing Day

Me and my fiance went into the dealership just wanting information on how the trade in process worked and get an appraisal on our 2019 Jeep Wrangler to trade in for an older model of Jeep. We went in and the staff was fantastic very welcoming and attentive to our needs and wants. We got paired up with Xavier and he was amazing he went through the process with us and we looked at the jeep we wanted to trade in for took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. We went into the dealership and talked numbers come to find out that it just wasn't feasible for us financially at the moment to purchase this jeep. We went back to the drawing board and Xavier worked really hard with his boss to help us with a deal but it just wasn't working out. We were disappointed but then we said about a truck for more room and possibly lower payments. Xavier crunched numbers and said he found a truck we might be interested in so we went and looked at it. I had butterflies in my stomach because I didn't know what the outcome of today's visit was going to be: was I going home with a new lowered payment car or was I stuck in a financial hold? Xavier brought the 2020 truck around and instantly fell in love with it and just knew that it was the one for us. We crunched numbers and once again we were stuck with the hardship of can we afford this truck. Time and time again Xavier and the team at Buchanan Auto Park worked with us and we are VERY happy that we got to walk out of the dealership leasing this truck! Me and my fiance can't thank everyone enough for everything they did to make our truck dreams come true! We are greatly appreciated and will forever come to Buchanan Auto Park for any vehicle needs! :)
