Gary my sales consultant was great. Have only had my Tundra serviced there since new. Had brake fluid flushed last visit. Two weeks later the paint on front of hood and roof was rough and brown. They inspected and signed off on excellent condition of truck on intake and no damage noted. When I brought it back Rick B said it was 'weathered' but their body shop guy and another independent shop said it was corrosive damage likely due to brake fluid. Rick refused to take ANY responsibility saying it could have happened at another shop#@!%#*#! He admitted they didn't wash it after service 'because we were short handed'! Had to file an insurance claim. Don't bring your car here for service!
