​What a phenomenal experience from start to finish. My salesman, Larry Weaver, was excellent—zero pressure, incredibly professional, and handed me the keys for a solo test drive to really check the car out. Once I decided I wanted it, everything moved at light speed. I was completely done with the purchase in under an hour, which is practically unheard of at a dealership! ​The finance team was great too, with none of the usual high-pressure tactics to buy extras I didn't want or need. ​To top it off, when a small issue came up with the used car a couple of days later, they handled it instantly. Even though I live in a different state, they sent a loaner car right to me while they sorted it out. Big shout out to Courtney for her awesome, expedient customer service in getting that resolved. Hanover has an incredibly professional team, and I will absolutely be purchasing from this crew again!
