Terrible customer service!!!!! Traveled 190 miles round trip. Before I arrived we had a deal set and when I got there wanted to charge me $7,500 more!!!! Sales Manager Cory Wismer is VERY rude and talks to you like you are a moron! Waste of time! Didn't even try and help or offer any solution what so ever for THEIR MESS UP...terrible customer service!! STAY AWAY!

No loaner cars!
Good dealer however i can't believe that they dont have loaner cars for when your car is getting serviced ecspecially after buying a car there. You have to rent one which i think is crappy.

Koch 33 is fantastic!
Always a great experience! Friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful state of the art facilities. The showroom is amazing which also includes a Starbucks! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
Koch 33 treats their employees horribly. Do not buy from this place. All they are out to do is make a buck. They hire managers who can't manage their employees. They walk around all day pretending to do their job and they arent. But yet their good employees who work really hard they throw under the bus. So much favoritism going on at this place it's not even funny hence the high turn over rate. The owners, Kurt and Tom, need to take a good hard look into who they have as "managers" for them. Most managers shouldn't come in drunk and telling everyone they cheated on their wife and she caught them....don't think that's the type of work environment they want for their business.

Talked down on me, pushy, wouldnt budge on price
Wanted a Corolla Im, wouldn't negiote the price at all, talked down and pushy, didn't go far to help with anything. Test drove a white one, wanted a black one which wasn't even there, and they said it was gonna be there in two days later, and it wasnt. Wasn't a good experience.

Avoid this one
We leased a van here when it was Milham. The lease was coming to an end and we planned to buy our van off of the lease. We tried to contact them for over a month. No response until 4 days before the end of the lease. I was told that they were too busy to return phone calls - yes, that is what I was told. An appointment was made on the last day of the lease. They then resorted to high pressure tactics, adding fees, adding costs, and trying to hold the keys. I guess they felt that since it was the last day of the lease, they had leverage. After hours of disappointment, we went to another dealer and bought another car. Awful experience - DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE, DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. . Not responsive to phone calls.

I PUT A REVIEW ON HERE LATE LAST WEEK. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY DAN THE SERVICE ADVISOR. ALL I CAN SAY AT THIS POINT. I CAN. NOT VERY HAPPIER WITH THE JOB THAT JEREMY MILLER AND HIS TEAM PERFORMED ON MY 2007 TOYOTA TUNDRA. JEREMY WAS MORE THAN RESPECTFUL AND I FELT WAS VERY GENUINE IN LISTENING TO ME. I FELT UNDERSTOOD. THIS IS MY 4TH PURCHASE OF A TOYOTA TRUCK IN 25 YEARS AND I HAVE TO SAY IF I NEED ANOTHER VEHICLE AGAIN IT WILL BE ANOTHER TOYOTA. JEREMY INSTALLED MY CONFIDENCE BACK IN THE TOYOTA PROMISE.
